So, I figured this crew deserves some praise!
I came in for my kids’ birthday party on 4/18. Against my better judgment, I forgot to call ahead of time and warn the crew of the 20+ kid tornado that was about to happen.
This Burger King did not disappoint. They handled the surprise as pros, for almost an hour we were up and down at the counter ordering food, and they kept up with it all. The food was cooked fantastically, and while a little delayed, it was to be expected for the overwhelming amount of orders. The play place as well was exceptionally maintained and well kept (before the kid tornado hit).
The crew as well as outstanding. Bringing orders in as needed as the chaos kept parents occupied and accommodated the excessive crown and napkin needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place and want to give a huge shout out to the crew that worked the shift this hell took place on.

This place is dirty. I went at 745am on my way home from work and the floor was disgusting, the pop machine and the condiment counter is disgusting. There was pop dried up on the counter and the pop machine. French fries on the floor in front of the registers. Won’t be coming back till this place is clean. Used to be the best burger king in the area but now its one of the dirtiest.

I came through the drive thru at 10:10. I order two double cheeseburgers then drove home to realize they were old burgers. They put them in the hopper longer than normal I can tell due to my previous work experience as a manager for the franchise. When I call the store for an explanation and a manager, Dylan answered. When asked if they follow proper hold times I got a response stating,” you’re not the only person who orders lunch at breakfast time.” This experience at the south haven location was unprofessional and the total opposite of good customer service. Considering I took care of my early morning customers, id expect the same from fellow fastfood staff especially the manager on duty.

Unlike the burger king on central ave in Portage, this location had consistently provided decent service and food quality. I feel like every FF restaurant is struggling for employees, so in that regard im really impressed that they haven’t messed up my order.
This location also has a play place, but im not sure of the cleanliness or quality. There does seem to always be someone utilizing it when I pass through though.
Combo meals everywhere are a huge rip off, just get sandwiches. Right now they have the Rodeo Double Cheeseburger, i get 2 for $7.??, and it is much more food and cheaper than getting a combo.

The store was very quiet and there was only one member of staff on the counter. Despite this we were served quickly and professionally.
The food was warm and cooked to order, however I feel that the burger could have used a bit more time on the broiler, as it was lacking that signature ‘flame grilled’ taste.
In terms of atmosphere, the place felt pretty dead, as half the store (mostly the play area) seemed to be closed off. Otherwise it was a good meal overall.

Didn’t even get my food… spent 10 minutes at the ordering speaker, she only ever said give me a minute… 5 minutes later I go in… I had ordered via the app… 12 minutes later still not even a word… I left…. Absolute trash 2/20/26 at 4:10 ish…. Fire that crew!!!!!!

We stopped here after an event in the area. We waited a few minutes before being helped. The food was okay, what you expect for fast food. The prices were high, but that’s today’s market. The service was a little rough. There was a girl behind the counter yelling while we were eating. I understand that tragic events happen, but the manager should have deescalated the situation.
All in all, it is a typical fast food experience.
