We had a great experience, and April was a big part of it. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Our drinks stayed full, the service was smooth, and she had a really positive attitude the whole time. Definitely ask for April if you get the chance—she’ll take good care of you!

Another place I’ve been eating at for a couple of decades at this point. The family that owns the restaurant is incredibly sweet, and the long time staff are family. Great for small lunches all the way to big party dinners.

Wife had sampler platter – it was awesome – cooks really know how to do it.
I had carne guisada tacos. So, this is not a dish or taco I quarrel about due to the nature of my upbringing. They had great flavor! Reminded me of back home with the warm tortillas and the gravy from the carne guisada. Definitely will return and definitely will try something else. Cannot recommend enough. The atmosphere is very light and friendly and it does give a bit of a family feel. Only drawback, the bartender wasn’t aware Makers Mark was a bourbon so I had to pick something else i didnt really want but was still good.

Excellent service, the staff is very respectful and friendly. I would come back again to try more meals that had the number 2.1 on the lunch menu with beef instead of cheese. Chips and salsa is great not too oily, just right.

Food was delicious, service was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by all visible employee. Waitress was supper helpful, they didn’t have coffee since it was no longer breakfast. But when above and beyond to make fresh coffee for us with a smile. Good got to our table hot and in a good amount of time. Food portion size was good even the kids plates worth the price. Highly recommend this place.

I love this place. Its so nice and friendly. The margaritas are awesome and the food is also good. They make you feel at home and the customer service is top notch. I make a 40min drive just to come visit this restaurant.

This was such a nice getaway. The food was amazing, I ate way too much. I’m sorry I didn’t take pics of the food, I was just so hungry. We got fajitas for two (my brother and I). They cooked the bell peppers soft, the way I asked, the onions were grilled well too, I can’t stand raw onions. We got the beef and chicken. I usually don’t do beef fajitas at Mexican restaurants because the beef is too dry but theirs was moist and full of flavor. The flour tortillas looked homemade, and the salsa, , so good. Their hot sauce was a little bit too hot for me but when I mixed it with the red and green sauce it was perfect. Hot enough to make your mouth tingle and your nose run but not enough to make you sweat or make your ear canals burn, lol. Y’all know what I mean. My Daddy loved hot peppers he made me some salsa once that, I kid you not, opened my stopped up head, cleared out my ears, and made me cough up mucus from my chest. I thanked him later after four pieces of bread and two bottles of water. It was the best I had breathed in quite sometimes. Okay, that being said, they make great salsa too and their chips were perfectly thick enough for dipping but still light enough to chew. I had the sweetest little gal for my waitress, her name was Emily. She was very helpful at getting our order, very respectful, and kept our diet coke and tea filled before we ran out. I love that! My sister-n-law has been in the hospital for months and my brother has just come back from three days there. He was so happy to get some good food. I think we’ll go back again and try the tres leche dessert. I loved the sopapillas, they were amazing.

I’m gonna be honest with y’all, I never give 5 stars because there’s always something I didn’t care for at a restaurant, but I found no flaws in their food or service.
Please give them a try, I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed.

We love their food and our family have been customer’s of their restaurant since the very early 1980’s about 1983 or 1984. David started out in Cloverleaf on Barbara Mae him and his family have become like family with my parents who are no longer with us. Their food makes us feel like we are home having lunch or dinner with family. David and his son who is now there more than his father will always check on us as will David if he is there and make sure everyone is taken care of while there.
