While ordering through the app I wanted my order to be delivered while I patiently waited for my order to be delivered I noticed the driver picked up my food and turned off all communication what once turned into a thirty minute wait now became a 1 hour wait. I called the store and the manager was super sweet, kind, and very apologetic. She offered to remake my food and within ten minutes after the call I picked up the food. It was warm, made correctly, and the staff were all very nice and understanding. Would highly recommend reaching out if anything is to happen.

After spending nearly $40 on a meal, that the only thing that came right was fries. You can literally see the oil base that the boneless wings are sitting in, I was told the wings are butter based which is why they look like that, not sure if they have changed something recently but we have ordered this same order from other wingstop locations and have NEVER had our order come out looking like this. On top of all of our bone-in wings were undercooked as well. When I called in the staff is very nice but the very unprofessional ‘manager’ refused to even state his name… You can tell the staff is young and poorly trained, none of which is their fault. They at least refunded our unedible order. :/

We ordered carry out and once I picked it up the bag was soaked in sauce and the bottoms of the boxes were covered. We were also shorted 3 wings in one of the boxes. Doing the math we were shorted 20% of what we paid for.

First time at a Wing Stop. I got 8-piece bone in wings with the original sauce and hubby got the 3 tenders with the Korean sauce. The food was great. The wings with the bones had a nice amount of meat on them. We got all the food in the picture and a drink for just over $25. Some added bonuses, Carolyn was great! She is very personable. It was nice to watch the tv (the sound was down), the music gave the place a nice atmosphere, and the bathrooms were very clean!

It’s like the cook decided to make his or her own version of lemon and Cajun rub wings. Supposed to be dry rub not all wet soggy with sprinkles of lemon pepper. Just follow the wing stop instructions.

Stayed at the hotel behind this location and enjoyed some great wings, fries and patio. You have to know Wingstop makes wings to order and they take a bit of time to make. Fresh fries also take longer too.
In the end I always like Wingstop and this location is on par with all the other locations I have been to.

Never got my order they claimed they never had it but it my name was on the screen and they cleared it off . There was at least 15 people waiting it was not that busy and no one communicated the wait or apologized even . I waited over an hour to not even get my food . Worst customer service ever. I hope I receive my refund .
