THE WORST LOCATION. I AM PISSED WHY ARE THE ONIONS NOT COOKED INTO MY PIZZA… I called to explain my situation and request a manager. Got hung up on and the employee refused to give names. Refused to offer any compensation. Told me its “nothing he can do about that” Shut them down they wont satisfied til they unemployed. Then keeps declining my calls back to the store.

I ordered pizza today 2/15/26. I placed my order for delivery. Waited two hours for the pizza, only for them to cancel my order. Not only that, when you call the store, no one answers the phone. You’re only greeted with an automated system. This is not the first time. Their delivery times are ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this location again.

As a 13-week pregnant woman, I ordered pizza from this location for convenience, only to receive one pie with no sauce and another undercooked. Despite returning twice, I was met with hostility, dismissiveness, and even laughter from staff. Management refused to give names, denied issues, and withheld my refund after I took a photo for proof. This left me stressed, exhausted, and feeling threatened. I expect corporate to address this location’s lack of accountability and service.

The pizzas tasted fine. They weren’t cut all the way through, but we made due. The appalling part was the atmosphere. The music was up SUPER LOUD! It felt like I was walking into a club. No one greeted me as I came in. There were workers who seemed available, just talking. No one wore gloves on their hands and no hair nets on their heads. I saw a guy with regular clothes on enter the pizza cutting area, and he shook the hand of the guy handling pizzas and handed him something at the same time. The pizza dude just wiped his hands on the apron and kept on working. So many things were questionable in there. Yes, I kept the order. I prayed over our food and kept it moving

Ordered New York style pizza with pepperoni, onions and spinach. Didn’t get a text when pizza was ready. Went back online at tracker to find out it was ready. Well I didn’t look at the pizza at pickup. Got home and carried I gave, look like olives, onions and maybe 2 pieces of spinach. Called back and woman said, “well we closed now so you wanna come back tomorrow or cancel your order”. Just terrible, website says it’s open until 12. Take out over at 10. I am in walking distance. Terrible customer service.

We ordered a 10 inch cheese pizza online and it has been over an hour and we still don’t have the pizza. I tried to call the location and you get a recording and then it hangs up on you. This is not great service, why offer delivery if you can’t deliver timely.

Food will come up to 2 hours or more, after you order it. Delivery communication is obsolete. There is none. Tried contacting the store several times and they do Not answer the phone. The store’s phone line automatically hangs up if no one from the store answers the call. I called another line and a representative answered; stating that “this is an order only number”; meaning that he could only place orders, but Not deal with order discrepancies. The guy advised that the best he could do was suggest that I keep calling, after I informed him that I had called the main store number several times already and no one has answered. This is ridiculous. I had to go in person and pick up my food, because the delivery service for this store is so terrible. I will be disputing the charges for this order with the delivery service company that I went through to order the food; for a refund. As I stood there in the store, the phone lines were ringing consistently and they did not answer one phone call. They purposely let all of the phones continue to ring. My food was barely warm after waiting 2 hours for it. My food was sitting there on the counter with plenty of other orders. They didn’t even give the courtesy of making my food fresh. They stated it’s still warm, you can feel the bottom of the box. When I opened the box however, the pizza was barely warm. Meaning the counter, was warm. Not the food. They offered no refunds, or coupons or anything for the inconvenience. Just handed me my food. Another customer walked in and ordered and he waited all of 15 minutes before he was out the door, with his fresh and hot food. Do Not Order here. If you do, pick up might be a little better; but their delivery service is terrible.

This order is why I’ll never orfsr from this shop ever again. I did an advance order at 8 am for noon my food was sitting done by 1140 and wasn’t delivered until 1:20 pm. I called multiple times and was left unanswered. I would recommend no one order here. My food was also lukewarm when it got here.
