“Boom” Authentic Thai food Truck on North Main in front of Canna Collective (my favorite weed store).This is the Awesome dish we ordered yesterday!!! Shrimp over glass noodles with roasted peanuts salad. It was Amazingly delicious! We will definitely be back for more of your yummy food! The sauce on this dish is to die for, so many wonderful flavors!!! Thank you Sally!!!

I saw this place driving by and I’m so glad I stopped to check it out. It is new probably just been open a couple of weeks. The menu is limited as she is figuring out what people are enjoying. But you could smell the deliciousness as you approached the food truck. Authentic Thai food at its finest. She didn’t really have what I wanted on the menu, but she said she could definitely whip it up in no time. I love pad kra pao, it’s garlic pepper chicken and I love it extra spicy, the flavor and spice was on point. By far the best of its version I’ve had in years! You need to give it a try, for the price it’s absolutely worth it and you’ll be sure to come back for more!
