Great people, pizza is good not great for the area. A bit bland. For a train station atmosphere it’s not emulated in the rest of the service. More of a sport bar fell in a train station. Weird

Went here ti celebrate my son’s 27th birthday. Saturday night, thought it might be busy so we got there a little after 5. We got seated right away. Even by the time we left, it wasn’t even probably half full. Which is why the service being as lousy as it was was really surprising. It took forever for our waiter to recognize us. And then it never really got better. At 1 point we had asked for a refill on a pop and it took him over 15 minutes to do it. Food was delicious. Cheese curds were absolutely amazing. Our wings were delicious and the pizza was fabulous. Service sucked.

There is one particular bartender that gives off races vibez. My incident I simply asked if the kitchen was close instead of just answering the question she decided to speak with aggression and stated she will try to get it in the order in but not answer the question. Mind you it was only 845pm. Every visit I’ve had its as if this young lady has some type of animosity. I’ve sat back and watch her cater to some of the regulars there. Ive had an encounter when i sat down she threw the cup plates and eating down inateda of placing themdown and failed to inform me that happy hour was going on but as soon as her frienda sat down she made sure they were inform. She has been nothing but nasty and rude every visit. I have tried oo avoid to going there if she is working but as a payong customer i shoul have to pick and choose when to go. At this point she needs to be handled with or I will escalate this to the BBB for the abusive interaction I have to deal with everytime she works. She has shoulder length hair that is normally not comb or maintain. She NEEDS to GO

I’ve made this my go to place while living in Brooklyn Park. Annah and Alissa are my favorite bartenders ever. They always up sale me. I guess that’s good for business. Food is great. Staff is great. Always good company. Great for Families, games, friends, birthday parties, all of that good stuff.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today over the phone from the manager/team leader at your establishment.
I called to report an issue with my recent order, which was delivered cold, and the chicken I received was extremely overcooked. While attempting to explain the issue, I was repeatedly cut off mid-sentence, and my concerns were completely dismissed. I was rudely told several times, “That’s not our problem,” and instructed to contact DoorDash.
I attempted to explain that overcooked food is a preparation issue, not a delivery issue, but the representative was dismissive and ultimately hung up on me. This behavior was unprofessional, unacceptable, and very disappointing.
I have always enjoyed and supported Broadway Pizza; however, after this encounter, I will no longer eat at or order from your establishment. I will also be informing my family and friends of my experience and the unprofessional behavior I encountered from one of your employees.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Very good Za in a friendly, clean, and creatively decorated space. Victor was a good guy in my opinion. Their sausage is quite smacking.
The bar crowd was a bit rowdy and some patrons smelled of the devil’s lettuce.

This was my second visit to Broadway in 2 weeks! Both times, Tina’s service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Very happy, and will definitely be back. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program!

Update: I did a web order on 11/7 around 7:30 pm I went to pick up Brooklyn Park MN location and I had to ask for an extra sauce for my fries (I ordered and payed extra for 2 smoky Mustard sauces) after I opened my to go box to check everything was in there at the restaurant and noticed only one sauce. The person working the front went back and got the sauce they forgot to put in my box and then I drove
all the way home to find out that the other sauce wasn’t even my other smoky mustard but my husbands jala jack burger sauce that came with his meal but was put in my meals box some how…So they weren’t even going to give me ANY of the sauces I payed extra for and the sauce I had to request to be put in my box before I left was regular honey mustard and not the smoky mustard I carefully picked out to compliment my sweet potato fries for my taste….just not good. I live very close and had bad experiences before on to go orders and why I don’t order more often even though I live just down the street.

We’ve typically ordered the same order for the last two years and had pleasant experiences with take out, we called tonight to place an order for a build your own pizza; the employee on the phone immediately escalated and began yelling at my husband saying she didn’t know what he wanted then proceeded to hang up on him. He received a call back from Broadway moments later by someone identifying as a manager, sounding like the same person and in an extremely disrespectful tone, complete disregarding what just happened, asking what he wanted, she then yelled at my husband when he asked if they were playing some kind of joke after hanging up on him because we were so surprised by their behavior. I’m stunned by the level of unprofessionalism and instigating to ongoing customers and will absolutely not return. It is a shame their lack of customer service overshadows their food.

No complaints besides the hefty price tag. Delivered 15 minutes early. The box was oddly somewhat not closed all the way but maybe that happened when it was set down at the step, hopefully not since leaving the store.
