As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I haven’t eaten at a Checkers in years. I don’t live in town but I remember they always have a good deal. I got 2 checker burgers, fully loaded for$4. It was a small patty but that was too be expected. That why it’s 2 for 4. My Son got that huge bacon burger meal that was at least a quarter lb between the burger and that thick bacon. He loved it! Totally satisfied. Our CSR was funny and the service was fast. Would recommend highly and go again if I’m in the area

Waited at the drive through during a time it is supposed to be open. I just wanted a water bottle and was willing to pay card or cash, anything to make it easier since I knew they would be closing soon (30 minutes later). First time I passed I sat at the drive through and no one responded, lights were on so people were obviously there. All the employees including manager on duty were hiding. I noticed because when I pulled away from the drive through, another car came after me and same thing, ignored. And when that car left all the employees magically appeared. I just wanted a water bottle after driving for 7 hours. When I pulled to the window again and saw all the employees, one of them rudely told me they were closed even though their hours were obviously listed. Why would I go to a closed restaurant? I asked if I could just have a water bottle and I would pay card or cash and she didn’t even bother opening the window, rolled her eyes at me and just kept repeating that they’re closed while laughing with the other employees. One thing is being incompetent, but being a bully while at it is whole other level. I’ve never written a bad review about anything but this was the closest open restaurant to me and i was in the middle of an allergic reaction and just needed water to take something. I literally begged her and she just laughed. List proper hours of closing if your staff is going to be incompetent and rude to someone asking for a simple water bottle. Truly disgusting.

A quick stop for lunch. French fries were hot and the burger was tasty. We did have some problems ordering, but once were got to the window the staff made sure everything was correct. They were friendly and professional.

I ordered large loaded fries and this is what I got for almost $6.00. I am glad I didn’t order medium, would of gotten a box plus a fry or two.
I got about 35 fries, about three table spoons of sauce and about a tea spoon of cheese. That works out to about $0.20 per fry less container. WoW

Horrible the manager just ignored me at the window for 20 minutes, waiting for my order and then yelled at me to get out of her lane when she said she didn’t have my pick up order. She couldn’t even open the window to let me know that she doesn’t have my order. I sat there for 20 minutes and was hollered and screamed at and treated like crap horrible

My husband just got off work at 12:45. He went to this location to feed our family. He set in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Nobody came to the drive thru at all. He drove up and seen an employee on her phone. I’m very dissatisfied

When I pulled in there was no line so I placed my order an I was told to pull around to wait. I waited almost 30 min an a guy brought my order out so when we got home which was in 7 minutes we got our food out the bag an there was No fries I had 3 combos so I went back to tell them they didn’t give me my fries I was told I could not get tenders because they have to hold those for the wraps so my tenders was cold I had no fries an my apple pies was soggy . I was told I can keep the cold tenders an they could give me fries so smh I said refund my money which was over 30$ I then went to the one on government / airport by the park and they took care of me fresh food an my order was complete an they was fast Ty government.. dauphin st you have last a customer.
