The service was terrible.The baristas are talking amongst themselves leaving paying customers to wait until they feel like the stores is finished. My order that I waited 6full minutes to make was completely wrong and when I went back in management made excuses for why this happened! I would give zero stars but it is not an option. This place is worse now than before it closed . I thought after the reopening it would be better as far a customer service ,how wrong I was.

you know it’s bad when they reopen and the service and drinks are both bad. they only have one speak r now! if you drive past it you have to reloop and go to the back of the line again. new management is also very odd, we wanted to pay for a tiny cup of freeze dried strawberries for my dog and they said no… before they closed and reopened and at any other starbucks i’ve never been told no for paying money for a few strawberries.

This place 2x times I’ve been to this location, and the baristas are just running off at the mouth with each other. Leave in me waiting extended periods for a tall drink.That turns out when I get to my car. Isn’t the drink I asked for.

As always, ordered with Mobile App. Ordered from the parking lot so I was not expecting my latte to be ready. They apologized multiple times and on way out the manager gave me a gift card for $4. They truly care about service. I go to Starbucks multiple times a day and have never even been apologized to for my drink not being ready and many times it should have been ready. Keep up the good work.

Hi, I’m really fan of the Starbucks. But today I came here to have a coffee. I was on the line more than 45 minutes. I don’t know. What are they doing? It was a very slow moving and when I get the order of my order was large hot coffee, cream and three Splenda , but when I have my coffee, I didn’t realize what they gave it to me .when I start on my way and Il try to taste my coffee. Its taste really weird,taste like just milk in water.and I came back to the store and claimed to her she apologized me but she saying she is unable to give me anymore coffee.I was shocked because I am really fan of Starbucks,every day I have to have at least one coffee from Starbucks and today after 45 minutes waiting on the line then when I got it and when they refused to give me regular coffee what is my feeling I can’t explain !starbucks address is 4770 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043

This location is why Starbucks needs to be in a stand alone location or in a plaza with sufficient parking and egress. What a dumpster fire of a location, always at risk of being side swiped, backed into or just hit head on. Everyone more concerned with their mocha, chocha, bull spit latte, than paying attention.

I visited the Transit and French location and I wish I knew the girls name who took care of me because she was awesome! The cold brew vanilla was outstanding and it smells amazing like fresh brewed coffee inside. I told her i was new to cold brew and she talked to me about the different flavor options she did not rush me. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She also wrote a little note on my cup (I love your energy) that made me smile, and in today’s world, I rarely leave any establishment smiling
I will definitely be back to grab another delicious vanilla cold brew!!

This location just can’t get it together. Consistently slow, unorganized and unfriendly. Why doesn’t corporate recognize they desperately need training and leadership. Starbucks needs to instill the old days core values they use to demand from their employees and brand.
