I was craving a fish sandwich and chose Arby’s of all places. The interior was modern and inviting along with very friendly staff. I like other menu options but wouldn’t recommend the crispy fish sandwich. Curly fries were good and a nice selection of sodas are available.

Mobile ordering is a complete joke. If someone is too incompetent to communicate what you have available and what you don’t have, I’ll take my business somewhere else that has more reliable mobile ordering that will communicate what they are out of. I went to Pickelmans across the street.

What a great job the manager Mark has done to turn this location around. It use to be average, but since Mark took over, drive thru food is always hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless today. The employees are cheery and happy. Mark leads by example and believes that communication is key in his management style. Well done today Arby’s.

I ate at this establishment today after church service. I walked in and two different families were ahead of me. The cashier was nonchalant as if her job really didn’t matter. When I approached the counter I ordered a Greek gyro, small crinkle fries and water. I had no idea if I needed to come back up to get my order or if they were going to bring it out to the table. My fries looked over cooked but it was old grease I’m assuming due to my fries haven’t looked like this before at this establishment. The Greek gyro was tasty and presentation was nice.

Rae was at drove thru she was awesome great customer service I rate her a 10! My grand kids were in the car and headed sure she noticed them oh she needs a raise, please give her a raise.

I had to wait for a meal in the drive-thru and when I finally got it, the fries were stale and cold and the gyro sandwich hardly had anything on it. Not worth the $11 I paid for it!
