I love chick fil A. This one is pretty new so staff is still learning. It was a pretty decent wait time for breakfast considering we were the only ones in line. The staff was friendly and conversational, very good vibes. My chicken was a bit tough and not like the buttery melt away in your mouth that you expect from chick fil A. So maybe it was left in the heat lamp too long.

I visit this location pretty frequently and everything goes so smoothly 99% of the time! (you can’t expect any location to be perfect) I absolutely love the mobile-thru lane and the extra room at the end so you can get out of line if you get your food early, much shorter time in the drive thru than the north location! Also, my order is accurate every time! I can’t remember the last time I was missing something or had to go inside to request a fix! Food is always fresh and tasty. And this location often has great deals – free breakfast item every Wednesday, random free items added to the app, etc. No complaints here, I’ll definitely continue to be a regular customer!
Oh and also they made their breakfast biscuits shaped like hearts on Valentine’s Day, so cute!!

I’ve gone about 6 times and had an ok experience each time. I’ve been tempted to wite a review before but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they had just opened. Being open now for a few months I went back and had the worst experience thus far. I went through the drive through and ordered. All was great, started to drive off and noticed I was missing part of my order. The Mac and cheese. No big deal I went back in and they got me one. It did take about 10 minutes. 5 minute drive home and we dig in only to have cold Mac and cheese and burnt nuggets. They tasted like they haven’t changed the oil all day.
Overall none of this is really a big deal and of course they do make it right, but it is on brand with similar experiences I have had at this location. I’d recommend making the 10 minute drive to the north location.

Everything was very clean including the bathrooms. I really liked the faucets! The employees were very helpful and attentive. The kids play area is a bit different then the other locations I’ve visited, but I liked it more thought it had better visibility of the kids!

Anyone who rates this Chick-fil-A poorly needs to reevaluate their life. We just took the family there and the whole experience was stupendous. The chicken sandwiches were, dare I say, the best chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. The bread was fresh, the tomatoes and pickles were straight from the garden (probably), the cheese…that wonderful cheese, makes me proud to be an American. The fries make McDonald’s fries look like they were baked without love in a prison cafeteria. Chick-fil-A Fries will probably be served in the celestial kingdom. They are perfect. The sauce…that blessed sauce. And the service was as good as ever. I’ve got three words for you, Chick-fil-A: We’ll. Be. Back.

I am not super happy with this location. I went through the drive through and made my order, then I asked if I could pay $10 on my visa gift card, and the rest on my normal card, the two individuals taking my order didn’t know how so they sent me ahead to the one who takes cash. He also didn’t know how to do it so I explained you just charge the card and it will charge what’s left on the card, then I’ll pay the remaining balance. That was not that bad or anything, but I got a twelve count nugget meal and received 8 chicken nuggets.

My biggest complaint is that this location is always cold inside. Since opening, my family has noted it’s cold every time we sit down to eat. Now that it’s turning into winter and we are wearing jackets, it still feels like the AC is on inside. Would it kill them to have it a few degrees warmer? The food and service are okay. Like others have said, being a newer location a lot of the staff are still learning and we don’t get the impression they’re quite as friendly as the other Logan location, but it’s getting there. Overall, it’s nice having a chick fil a on this end of town.

I’m honestly pretty disappointed with this location. They have a mobile through-lane setup, but they don’t even use it. Instead, they just merge it into the regular first lane which defeats the whole purpose. About half the time, there’s no one outside managing traffic, so the merge turns into a mess of confusion and waiting.
By the time I finally get to the window, my food is often barely warm or straight-up cold. That’s not what you expect from Chick-fil-A.
Even when I skip the drive-thru and do a mobile pick-up order inside, the app says my food will be ready in 5 minutes yet I usually end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes after arriving. Either they’re severely understaffed or just not managing things well.
I like Chick-fil-A as a brand, but this Providence location really needs to get its operations together

I’m going to go easy here because they just opened this location recently but I must say this location is super frustrating. Hopefully it changes and if it does I’m willing to come back to this review and update it.

Every order I have received from this location is incorrect, and I literally mean every visit!!! Why are you guys so slow and then once I get my food it’s cold!!! So much excitement for this new location but now it’s a buzz kill!! I will be driving to the north end until these issues are fixed….

For the sake of it being a new place, I’m not gonna shame the place. But I was kinda disappointed it took 15 minutes + to only get 2 cookies and cream shakes. They seemed remorseful so they made it up for us. But I saw they made it, and they were sitting there for around 8 minutes. Regretting I should’ve said something, but I didn’t know if it was mine or not. I have faith they’ll get better though so I would still come and check it out.
