This place was amazing! Great food! Wonderful atmosphere. And outstanding service (thank you, Jenni!)! My husband had the coconut red curry vegetable potage (so good), and I had the steak frites (to die for). For desert, he had the malva pudding, and I had the lemon posset. The next time we’re in Buffalo, we’re definitely coming back here.

Great atmosphere with patio seating and even better service and food! Make reservations, especially if attending an event downtown. Shout-out to Brie who was excellent!

My husband and I went before a show at Shea’s. The food was delicious. Our server, Sue, made excellent suggestions and was very attentive. She suggested the lamb burger, so yummy! We tried the malva pudding, which was luscious and tasty. We will be back for the food and service.

This is a very swanky and intimate restaurant with a lite French theme. Personally it’s one of my favorite restaurants, especially when I want to go somewhere nice. It’s definitely on the higher priced end, but this if you want to take someone out for a special occasion this is the place.

Absolument éblouissant! ✨
We loved the food — especially the lentil soup and the coconut curry vegetables, but best of all was Miss Katie May’s legendary service and hospitality. She stayed for at least an hour past her shift to make sure that every detail of our birthday dinner was magical. She made our service dog ‍ feel especially welcome — he loved his Christmas wrapping paper themed blankets, and she treated my husband and me like the most important people in the world. And then when we got back to our hotel, I found my rosary ! Thank you for your powerful prayer, Miss Katie May. No coincidences.

Lovely ambiance and an excellent dining experience. We shared the eggplant polenta on our waitress’s recommendation, and it far exceeded our expectations. They even split the dish for us, which was a thoughtful touch. Would absolutely return.

Very nice little spot. Not a very big place but entry area is a long bar with a very comforting feel. Off to the right is the main dining room. Love the environment here. Tables have kind of like a thin cardboard top which isn’t super desirable; kind of a smell to it as well but service and food were both very good. Prices normal for area. Supposedly have nice little patio area too. Would definitely go back. Thank you guys!

I was so hopeful about this place but I think I may have caught them on a bad night. Pricing was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful but dinner left a lot to be desired.

We ordered the rosemary frites as an appetizer and they were extremely overcooked but the aoli was great. I had the duck breast which was flavorful, but the fat needed to be rendered quite a bit more, and the rice that came with it was VERY salty. The spiced squash and wine were delicious though.

My partner got the French onion burger and loved it, however he was on his third old fashioned and it tasted like they changed bartenders in the middle of dinner because of the amount of bitters so there’s some inconsistency there.

Lastly, our waiter A.E. seemed more interested in himself than being a server. The other servers were far more attentive to their guests than ours was. We had to flag him down thrice for beverage refills, and he rarely checked to see if everything was going well with our orders. I’d give it another shot if I lived near by, but as of right now I wasn’t too thrilled with our dining experience; it was just okay and if I’m being honest I wouldn’t come back.

One of my favorite places to eat and drink! I had the Gin & Tonica made with New Amsterdam London Dry Gin, Free Tree Tonic & pear liqueur. With the garnishes, the flavors come together so perfectly. I get something different to eat every time and I’m never disappointed. Service is kind, attentive, and great! Coco is highly recommended!
