First time here and haven’t ordered pizza hut in awhile. Atmosphere is pretty calm. The workers seem pretty good. They had messed up the order before mine and not only did they make sure they got the customers order correct before he arrived but also gave them the other pizza free of charge. Haven’t seen that kinda customer service in a long time.

food was good thankfully but the restuarant itself was very empty and void of life even from the few people who were eating but the biggest reason for my low overall score was that parmesan and dried pepper packs that were free upon request are no longer available according to the employees replaced instead with tiny shakers for just over a dollar each i do not appreciate this one bit as a customer food is expensive enough without the extra cash grab just to get toppings that were once free. whats next paying extra for the box or have to carry it out bare handed.

On Dec 15 2024 around 4pm I picked up my order of a big dinner box the wings were not fully cooked you can still see the pink in there. Glad I caught on time before my kids would’ve aten them. Super dangerous super disgusting

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and some wings for delivery. The pizza was burnt! I called multiple times and pressed 3 to voice my complaint of course no one answered. How could they send a burnt pizza that I know they would not eat themselves This is just shameful.

The service was fast, the food was great, and everything came out fresh. No complaints about the staff at all—they were efficient and polite. The only downside was the atmosphere. The location is in a rough neighborhood, which definitely affects the overall vibe. If you’re doing takeout or delivery, it’s solid. Just not the kind of place I’d want to sit and eat.

Went one day to feel the nostalgia of the franchise only to enter an empty establishment with a few patrons eating. Employees nowhere to be found for 15 minutes, wasn’t going to go looking for customer service if they weren’t looking for customers. Never sat, never greeted, never ordered, just left.

I live 3 blocks away. I wanted pizza for a Friday night, it wasn’t busy, and I walked in at 7:40pm. A group walked in ahead of me and sat down, so I did the same. The girl went to them they got a menu and drinks, I was skipped. They got their food and I waited 35 minutes and they not once asked for my order, or offered a menu or anything. Another group walked in as I was leaving, they sat down and the guy went to them and gave them a menu.
