The workers I encountered showed genuine kindness towards me. their kindness was authentic and comparison to people who fake it a job they don’t like. They asked if I wanted sprinkles at the bottom of my small, and I was surprised and took up their offer gladly. I got a bunch of other toppings and a new flavor of ice cream and a bowl that looks like a large for less than seven bucks! they got cheap plentiful ice cream with great toppings! it feels like a steal. it was overall a wonderful experience. however, I wouldn’t trust their exposed pizza.
I haven’t tried it; It’s probably delicious, but i feel the pizzas out in-the-open is a hazard for people with weak immune systems (especially during flu season where people are sneezing or coughing flu droplets in the air. landing on surfaces and (possibly) nearby food.
(Sidenote; always wash your produce! I saw somebody sneeze on peppers once at Walmart and ever since, it made me weary of exposed food so if you have a weak immune system, pick a glass case pizza slice, Cook it to 365° briefly at home, and wash your produce!)

Asked for extra meat hot and both burgers aren’t even covered. told them I was 25-30 minutes out was assured food would be hot still and was luke warm at best

Stopped in for a small cheeseburger plate and was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place appeared very clean. The ice cream is delicious too! Will definitely be back.

I had a plate with A cheeseburger and a White hot, both were cooked well and tasted great. The Mac Salads and homefries were excellent. The hot sauce tasted good and had a decent blend of spices. I definitely will go back.

My family had a great experience. The service was extremely friendly and the pizza/plates are both really good. My daughter said she loved the place and she’s a very picky eater so looks like we will be stopping in again

I tried it for the first time today. The staff were pleasant. I had the steak bomber with cole slaw. It comes with peppers and onions and mozzarella cheese. It was about 6 or 7 inches long, was soggy before I even started eating it. The bomber didnt have much flavor. The cole slaw was good. Definitely not worth the $20 I paid.

WELCOME FARMINGTON HOTS AND ICE CREAM!! I’ve been waiting for you a long time! Good burger place. If you like garbage plates GET 1. A tad bit spicier than the original plate. BUT ITS GREAT! And oh yeah they have ice cream. I’ve been 4 times already. They have been open 2 weeks. I’m gonna go broke there! Go get a plate!!!

I stopped here for the first time today.To get a cone. There was a family ahead of me in in line with two adults and three tween age children. Each person in the family had a specific order for a combo meal with specific toppings and the way they wanted it cook etc. . It was taking a very long time for them to all order. From my viewpoint, there was only one person working. And it appears the whole of the restaurant, including the kitchen, is open to view. The worker never acknowledged me . In the meantime several other people came in and lined up behind me
I had waited approximately 5 to 7 minutes in line, and I finally caught on that the girl taking the order was probably going to step back and cook all of these meals before she would get to taking care of me, so I turned to all of the people behind me in line, and I said, “good luck,” and I walked out.
This is obviously not the fault of the girl that was working.But the fault of management for poor staffing.
While I was waiting in lane, I was looking at the menu board. In my opinion, the prices of the combo meals and the other food offered is very high. Combo meals are 14.99 and above..
The family in front of me was going to pay sixty five or seventy dollars for a hamburg hot dog experience.
Tables were not cleaned and the atmosphere is not very welcoming.

Went here Friday night and can I just say Such an amazing experience. Plates were spectacular, and the service was top tier. Such friendly staff and answered all questions I asked very politely. I can’t wait to tell others and come back for more. So happy to have you in town

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been here, and the food has been pretty good. This last time the service at the counter when we ordered was great, but we did not get what we ordered. Ordered a steak bomber with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Got a plain steak bomber, no cheese or anything else. Just a plain dry sandwich. Also ordered a chicken finger sub, that also came with nothing on it. A bit disappointing considering it cost $40. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was, because the gentleman taking the order punched everything into the register. Oh well! We will try back in a few months.
