Last night they had Karaoke night at the Sky Bar. There was actually a lot of talent! Most of the people seemed to know each other. Perhaps they are owners at the Emerald Beach Condos. We listened to a dozen or so people while we drank a beer. I was surprised; the beer was only $5! Inexpensive beverages and entertainment! The only downside that I saw was that the person running the karaoke stuff was drowning out the singer by joking and kidding around with the other guests. It was still a great time though.

We have to walk through here everyday to get to our room from the parking garage and it has a new lingering scent every hour lmao. i wish i was lying. Edit; they started cleaning morning and night lol, smells better

Drinks are a little on the high side good location between the parking garage and the condos they don’t open till 4:00 p.m.

Alex from Hawaii is a jerk. He’s one of bartenders at the Skybar. Treated my wife with a disrespectful attitude then took a drink he made her which was wayyyy over priced and threw it in the trash after she walked back into the bar. He claimed it was an outside drink he just served her 10 minutes before. He mentioned a couple of evenings he was shutting down early because he already made his money. Clearly doesn’t care about being in the service industry. Alex from Hawaii if you want to serve drinks but close early in the bar industry maybe you should find a retirement community to work in. They will probably even stay later than you want to. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Cool place to hangout if the other bar tenders are cool. Can’t judge the bar by this jerk.
