Took my kids for a lunch play date. The play place was very clean, even inside where the kids crawl around. Yes I climbed inside with my kids, I’m never to old to play. The service was great, and food was decent for fast food. The vanilla iced coffee was amazing, the mocha tasted like straight chocolate and had none of the coffee flavor, so that one was a disappointment. The bathrooms sadly have no changing tables, and are small. That was my only issue with this place.

This place is obviously overwhelmed and in over their heads in the evenings we stopped at 7:20 in the evening ordered 6 meals 6 drinks got 5 drinks and one meal wrong. When we told the lady she came outside with the receipt accusing us of not telling the truth raised her voice so we went to McDonald’s after spending $85. And the mushrooms on the burgers were all cold. She started raining her voice when I said I would just go somewhere else.. Screaming as we pulled away.

Lots of water in the floor by soda machine and no one tried to mop it up. Bathroom toilets in womens room were full of toilet paper, and the booths were dirty. We almost cancelled our order and left..do better burger king.

Seemed like there was alot equipment issues in the kitchen, metal parts being thrown around. We ordered burger king meals after the attendant decided to notice us. Very poorly made whoppers, missing ingredients..

Went to Burger King to try there new tacos, Can honestly say won’t be back. The tocos were old and gross with old meat that’s been hanging around for God only knows how long. Now I know why there always dead when I go by.. they don’t have to worry about me coming back!!

It was ok the store was clean. Service was slow, manger was a little rude to the employees we could hear her in the store and could see employees eating from were we were eating at and one employee just clocked out a left after making him a shake and the mangers chasing after him. Very sad

The floor was so sticky that you could even walk without sticking to it. The charged us for the wrong food. Our food was made wrong. Definitely will not be back

This experience was unacceptable. The staff appeared disorganized and untrained one person was taking all the orders while the manager spent most of the time talking instead of managing. They clearly had no sense of urgency. The food tasted awful, the floors were filthy, and to top it off, it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of my chicken frie. Completely unprofessional. Also they charged for the wrong thing and didn’t know how to fix it.

Normally I like burger king but tonight not so much! One if my kids didn’t get to eat BK because they served nuggets that would put a hole in my wall and I wasn’t driving back to Monett (15 – 20 min.) for a 10 piece (because that’s all the manager can do, oh and add a fry[probably small]). I understand wanting to go home, but pissing off customers (the people who pay you) is f%#@ed up. Yup not going to lie, I wanted my chance to win a PS5, haven’t checked yet and no longer care! I have to go find something to eat for my child. It will be a while before I go back.
