Liked the grill pork.
Don’t order rare meat for take out, since the soup will not be hot enough to cook the meat!

The best Thai Tea and every dish I have eaten has been delicious. I eat here frequently!! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is good. There is no street parking but there is a parking garage right across the street. This is one of my favorite places!!! You will not be disappointed.

Why is this place rated so highly? The food was very mediocre – beef pho was OK, the beef pieces were a bit tough, the broth didn’t have much flavor. The shrimp spring roll with peanut sauce was also surprisingly bland. The banh mi with pork belly was mediocre at best – pickled carrot and radish just a little off, meat without enough flavor, and the only thing I liked about the baguette was that it was soft, which may be a negative for some people who like the crunch. The yam fries were the biggest disappointment of all, mostly limp and inedible, undercooked. The golden IPA from Pike Brewing and Pinot gris were fine. Why haven’t they converted the bathrooms to all gender bathrooms? There’s one for women and one for men; as per usual, the men’s was gross and women’s had a line. Exasperating experience.

Excellent services, they helped me out when I needed WiFi and the food was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I ordered the Pho combo avocado smoothie and Pinot wine.

The cashier lady is always grouchy.
Every single time.
The food is delicious though. Maybe the management can do something about people skills in the workplace.

We love Papaya in the Renton Landing. The quality and care to make every dish as beautiful as it is delicious is proven here. The vegetables are crisp and fresh in the cold dishes and their menu has many healthy choices. The meat is usually prepared perfectly, juicy and tender. The rice chicken stone pot is my husband’s favorite and he orders it almost every time. The rice is sizzling and crispy on the bottom. The Pho is the best I’ve had anywhere. Mainly because everything is so fresh and the broth better than most. It’s a large serving and hard for me to finish in one sitting. We’ve been coming here since they opened and continue to look forward to going back. The service is top notch, friendly and helpful. They let me have both of 2 choices of protein that I couldn’t decide between in my noodle salad. It was so good with both a pork skewer and shrimp. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. It has low relaxing lighting with tables and chairs and booth seating. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Convenient location across from movie theater, great place to grab a bite before or after the show. Their menu is kind of fusion Vietnamese, but their Pho is very tasty. Also their thit bun, which is noodle salad with grilled pork. Their Banh xeo crepes were surprisingly delicious and authentic, had more fillings than the ones I enjoyed while visiting Saigon, but that’s a plus for Papaya !!

Papaya is a well-regarded restaurant located at The Landing in Renton, known for its exquisite Vietnamese cuisine. While the customer service is generally commendable, I did experience a problem in getting a refill of water. I had asked the male waiter for more ice and water, but he didn’t return until it was time to settle the bill.
Despite that minor issue, the restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere where patrons can enjoy delicious meals and then take a stroll along the strip or catch a movie next door. My favorite dishes include grilled pork belly with egg over rice in an iron pot, papaya salad with shrimp skewers, and oxtail noodle soup.
If you find yourself near The Landing in Renton, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Additionally, they offer a 10% discount for Boeing employees, which can be claimed by showing your badge to the waiter. Just make sure you genuinely qualify for this discount.

The food here is superb, which makes it worth visiting. I recommend the combo or oxtail pho and coconut chicken stone pot. I could easily eat the pho here every day – it’s really that delicious. Just be aware that the service is mediocre. During our first visit we had to wait a long time to be served, were never asked if we need anything, and were ignored for 15+ minutes when we wanted the check. Subsequent visits have been better but still underwhelming.

What a gem of a place! Great ambience, great service, and the food is amazingly delicious. Their portions are massive for what you pay. The Vietnamese cold coffee is a must, if you ask me! I highly recommend this restaurant.
