You can clearly tell the person behind Brooklyn Original Pizza knows how to bake. They have a phenomenal crust which heavily compliments their pizza. The flavors were good, but need a tiny but of tweaking to be great.
That said, the dine-in experience leaves something to be desired. Wasn’t bad, but the paper plates and lack of decent silverware took away from a great experience.

Just picked up our first Sicilian pie and we are blown away! It’s absolutely delicious. Our food was nice and hot when we got it. The wait wasn’t long at all. I would give 10 stars if I could! 5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the staff. They were great! The owner asked if it was our first time (it was) and gave us two free slices. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We are excited to come back. We actually might make this a Sunday tradition!

Wow! What an amazing experience. The pizza was spectacular! We got three different pizza pies and they were all delicious and had their own touch with flavors. The service was spectacular and the hospitality was more than five stars. This is an exceptional place and we will most definitely drive the hour and a half to be back!

Wow! We were blown away with how amazing our dinner was! We ordered through Slice, but we would like to try pick up next time. The chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce was amazing! The sandwich arrived hot with crusty bread. The fresh basil on top made the sandwich. We can’t wait to try more! The pizza had the best flavors. Everything was so fresh with garlic and herbs. My husband said it was the best pizza he ever had. The cupped pepperoni is his absolute favorite. The crust wasn’t crisp enough for me because of the toppings and delivery. That is why I would like to eat in or pick up myself next time. Highly recommend! Our new favorite pizza place.

Located in a small strip mall in the great town of Haddon Heights, this absolute gem of a pizza place is worth a visit for sure. It has a really nice feel, the staff was friendly and the dinning area is large with tables that fit my whole family of 7.
The food was amazing. We started with slices of pizza, including the buffalo chicken, the Sweet chili and plain and they were large slices with great taste. Next we had the mozzarella balls and garlic knots. They were so fresh and the sauce actually had proper seasoning, like you were at an Italian restaurant and not just a local pizzeria! The garlic knots were soft and tasty as well.
Finally the cheesesteak and drunken chicken sandwich. Let me tell you. The cheesesteak is unreal. It’s actually steak, that’s seasoned and they mix two different cheeses on an either a seeded or unseeded roll. The rolls are made in HOUSE as well! They care about their food here.
I got fried onions as well and it’s instantly on my top 3 in local cheesesteaks in our area. I can’t recommend It more!
The drunken chicken was cooked well, the vodka sauce on it was amazing and it was just a well put together sandwich.
Overall I give this place 5 stars! I would tell anyone in the local area to stop in! The owner was also there and was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Today I took the Family for our first time and as expected, the kids were reluctant to try anything. So we decided to leave. Before we made it to the vehicle, a staff member, possibly the owner came out and welcomed us. His generosity won us over and we came back in. Aside from what we ordered, the staff offer some complimentary dishes to try. The food was delicious and authentic to a traditional Brooklyn Style. Thanks. There was more but the kids attacked the dish before I could snap photos

We had gone here once before for pizza and it was delicious. We read their cheesesteaks are great too so while we were in the area last night we placed a last minute order for a cheesesteak to take home – we picked it up pretty much at closing time. The owner was there who was very friendly, enjoyed conversation, and offered (even though they were “closed”) to eat the cheesesteak hot in the restaurant instead of taking it home. We declined since they were closing, however this was such a nice gesture. Friendly with delicious pizza and cheesesteaks! Win!
PS – both parties thought this was one of the best cheesesteaks we’ve ever had – seeded roll and add caramelized onions!

Brooklyn Original Pizzeria is an absolute gem! We got the Philly cheesesteak and it was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and seriously hit the spot. The bread they make it with is the BEST! But the real standout? The garlic knots – hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re incredibly light and airy, not heavy or greasy at all, and bursting with garlic flavor.
We also tried the breaded chicken tenders, and they were fantastic – crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, everything clearly made with quality and care. Everything tasted fresh and high quality.
If you’re looking for amazing comfort food done right, Brooklyn Original Pizzeria is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

We went in the other day to grab three of their Take and Bake pizzas (they’re so great that one of our friends did us a favor, and these pizzas were the only way that he wanted to be compensated). While we were waiting, the owner thanked us for our business, and offered us one of his new Roman pizzas for free to try it out. I had JUST started thinking why I didn’t get myself something to eat- and this thing was SLAMMING. The crust and toppings were insane, and it’s personal sized which was great for lunch. It feels great to support a business that appreciates its customers, but also just has some of the best food I’ve ever had. If you’re considering getting food from here, do it.

This place makes a great pizza. We had an upside down and a pie with vodka sauce on it. Both were enormous and for the first time in a long time, i didnt feel like i was getting ripped off for pizza.
Crust was exceptional and had the perfect texture. Sauces were equally enjoyable.
