A raising star in Poinciana! What a treat this morning. And while we were originally told our wait time would be 25-35 minutes, we were seated within 15 minutes. We started with the million dollar bacon and loved it! In fact, my personal opinion is that this bacon was better than the bacon rack at The Edison (at Disney Springs). I had the B.E.C sandwich, and wow it was a delicious! I upgraded for their million dollar potatoes (a wise move IMO). Service was pretty good, though one of our dishes was delayed getting out without explanation. This is the only negative aspect.

First time today and was pleasantly surprised to have complimentary coffee to enjoy while waiting. Not too bad of a wait for a Sunday after church. Ordered the million dollar bacon to see what the fuzz is all about; wasn’t impressed. Kids meals were generous for the price. My husband had the French toast and I had the salmon eggs Benedict; both were just ok. For the Benedict, the eggs were too runny and the chiabata was too doughy and not toasted enough. Told my server and she was very accommodating providing me with a few options nice and toasted. Sourdough toast is the way to go. Overall, had a good experience. Might be back.

The food was okay, not your normal breakfast foods, it’s more on the healthier side. I had the BLT eggs Benedict and it was flavorful and coated with a lemon vinaigrette. But again, the food is more on the healthy side. The service was great, very attentive.

First time at First Watch in Poinciana, and we brought both grandchildren along. The service was good, and the check-in waitlist system was much appreciated. The booths are roomy and family-friendly with plenty of space. They offer an extensive, creative menu with lots of healthy options alongside traditional breakfast favorites. It was a bit noisy, but overall a great selection and a very enjoyable experience.

I had such an awesome experience at First Watch in Poinciana! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and our server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The maple bacon croissant was absolutely delicious — buttery, flaky, and the sweet-savory combo of the maple glaze with the crispy bacon was next level. I could honestly eat one every morning! The barbacoa tacos were another standout — perfectly seasoned, tender meat with fresh toppings that gave every bite a bold, flavorful kick.
On top of the amazing food, the service really made the visit special. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
Definitely one of the best brunch spots in the area. Highly recommend the maple bacon croissant and barbacoa tacos if you want something unforgettable!

Sebastian and Abby got us seats pretty close to our reservation time. Sarah explained the menu and was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our drinks arrived quickly and food soon after. We will be back again and again. Love that we could donate to a charity today. Great soft opening ❤️

Our initial visit at the new First Watch in Ponciana FL was a nice experience. Party of six was seated quickly and staff was friendly. The interior was bright and pleasant. The large patio offered plenty of extra room. Coffee was served right away.
We started with million dollar bacon which was spicy and delicious. For breakfast we ordered biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs, avocado toast, and potatoes, French toast, omelette, lemon ricotta pancakes, and traditional breakfast. All was served hot and delicious.

Wow! Wonderful experience. We had never been to a First Watch despite the fact that they are all over the place. So glad we gave it a shot. The new Poinciana restaurant was bright and airy. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Will definitely return. Two thumbs up to Bianca, our waitress.

What a great treat to try out First Watch before it opens to the public. Seating indoors or outside on a patio! The staff greeted us at the door and we were greeted by table staff immediately. Portions were huge, took half mine home for another meal. Specialty drinks were so refreshing and Don’t miss the side of bacon! We will definitely go back!
