Every time I’ve gone in here, it’s been a great experience, it’s clean, the two regular guys that work are sweet and understanding and always helpful, polite and always have a smile on their face. They are very good at what they do and I have watched people be pretty cruel to them. We came in here daily for my dying sister as their smoothies were the only thing she could really handle, and every day they would ask how she was doing and genuinely cared and even helped me out with a dead phone. Can’t find better guys than here. Their employer is sure lucky to have them.
I think people need to remember that these kids working, are thousands of miles away, from their families that are dealing with war, they can speak and understand 3+ languages, sometimes a little patience with language barrier is all it takes, how would you feel if you were in their shoes?! Let’s be nice humans here

The reviews on this page are not indicative of the broader google reviews. The taller employee in the store tonight had two earbuds in, music blaring in the store. Gave first of 4 orders. Dude puts the cream in the waffle bowl. Daughter tells him what mix ins. He looks visibly annoyed. Gives a side glance to his coworker. Sprinkles them on top. Comes back to take wife’s order, greets her with “what do you want?” Comes back for last order, again with “what?” Ask for raspberries, guy turns around, enters password on phone, sends messages, shuffles through freezer, sends more messages, family is nearly done eating while waiting for dude to send personal messages. Finally uses disposable teaspoon to give half a scoop of fruit. $.99 for half a tsp of frozen fruit crumbles should make you embarrassed. Super rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

Went there today. Service was fast and the employees were friendly and they made our experience fun even though there was a bit of language barrier, the other employee came in and helped. It was huge line but the ice cream made it worth it.

I really enjoy getting ice cream from here. I have no big complaints and have gotten ice cream here often. I’ve never had a bad experience and always feel welcome. My only complaint is that my food is always cold.

Dude was so rude.. the one with the longer hair! He acted like it was a problem my friend and I even came in, and then while he was taking our order he was so damn rude because I was confused on what all came with the cheesecake cone… definitely not a welcoming experience!!

Ice cream was good. But the waffle cone was inedible. I couldn’t bite through at all. It wasn’t crunchy. It was tough. I couldn’t even tear a piece off. I was pretty let down for an $8 waffle cone. Idk if I’ll be back……. service was strange too. Like everyone looked like they felt we were bothering them by simply being there.

Ever since they got new owners it’s like the dudes don’t understand what ice cream is? Anytime I’ve tried ordering from the new guys they just stare at you like you’re an idiot speaking gibberish…not to mention the last time I went in I was there for about 30 seconds and walked straight out as soon as I saw how long, scraggly and messy the one guys beard was just hovering over all that ice cream, ever heard of a hairnet/beard net?! There was no way I was letting my kids eat anything after seeing that mess…at least hire folks that know what an ice cream establishment is all about, this place is an absolute joke now.

We have been going to this store for a long time and always loved it. The kids working have always been polite. Tonight, July 28, the two recent hires (bc I’d never seen them before) were the rudest two men. They didn’t greet us, just stared at me, didn’t listen to my one request, and the guy that rang me up didn’t hear me ask for a lid two or three times because he walked away to talk to people he was on a FaceTime call with. I called him out and realized he hadn’t been talking to his coworker the whole time, but had been on the phone call. It was just really rude and disappointing. My cup was super dirty with ice cream everywhere, which is no unusual but they couldn’t have cared less. I honestly don’t feel good going back if those men or people that are also going to be rude are going to work there. If my husband hadn’t been there, I would have even more uncomfortable.
