Mancino’s Pizza & Grinders has been around for years. Growing up in Michigan, Mancinos has always been a family favorite. And I do plan on showing my kid the BEST grinders! I also have a love for there stuffed logs. I ordered the stuffed log with steak & chipotle ranch. And of course never disappoints! Fresh bread along with fresh ingredients is the best quality you can give your customers! That is exactly what Mancinos always has to offer. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. There is plenty of seating for big or small crowds. Great customer service with great workers! Check em out!

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The manager, Teresa F., took my order wrong and then had the audacity to argue with me about it instead of owning her mistake. Watching a MANGER deflect blame like that was embarrassing.
I was told to come back and return the food, as if my time means nothing. I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or treated with basic respect. Her attitude was rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. If this is the standard of leadership here, it’s no surprise the service is trash. Do better — or replace management.

We stood and waited for someone to stop walking around and take our order. They never once greeted us or asked can they help us, can they take our order. No smile. Very rude. They just walked up to the register and waited for us to talk. It was a black lady standing behind us. She had to wait until we were done before the same lady took her order, and she gave her the same energy. Yet when a white lady walked in with her child the other lady immediately greeted her and asked if she can take her order and they were still looking at the menu. When we got our food, there was no mayonnaise on the grinder. It looked dry. My husband asked for some and she got an attitude. Poor service

We went in on a Thursday night and ordered two grinders with fries, after sitting there for over 30 minutes the customer after us received his order. We went up to the front and were told they forgot to put our order in. They said they could give us a 15% discount. We waited another 20 minutes and finally our food came out. I had to return to the cashier- he charged me 2x for my meal instead of refunding me. The food wasn’t even that good and the service was HORRIBLE. I will never go back. Not to mention- the seating area was filthy. Food on the floors and left on tables. Multiple staff members walked by the mess and never cleaned it. Even the bathroom had garbage on the floors.

The food is always good, however after ordering a to-go order, we waited an hour to get one sandwich and logs. We witnessed others who ventured in after us and appeared to have larger orders, get their food and were allowed to go home and watch their children grow up. Mostly younger staff and they didn’t appear to be very ambitious. We wondered if we were forgotten. Perhaps some adult supervision might be needed. We are patient, but an hour is kind of too much.

Ordered pizza and it said 90 minutes for delivery which was fine. However received a call from a staff member asking if I would like it sooner as they were not that busy. I so appreciate that they called to verify this and got me my pizza way sooner. The pizza was delicious and the delivery driver so friendly. Also now that they have online ordering it’s sooo much easier. Wish they would have set this up years ago. 10/10 for service and food!
