Wow, where do I even begin? I came at the right time when there weren’t a ton of people, but it wasn’t empty either. The server (Alexis) was really nice and repeated my order, and the cinnamon rolls were very tasty! I ordered the very berry cinnamon roll. The berries were fresh; they weren’t those overly sweet berries with syrup added to them. The cinnamon roll itself was fresh and warm, everything about it was amazing. The setting of the building is nice and modernized. (In my opinion, it should have been located in a nicer plaza for how amazing it is.) Overall, everything was wonderful. I loved how talkative the server was; she did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

“We visited Cinnaholic in Edinburg (Trenton) on Sunday and had such a great experience! The cinnamon rolls were freshly baked, soft, and full of flavor — we tried two different ones and both were delicious.

What really stood out was the service. The person at the cashier that day was so friendly and welcoming. She helped us decide which rolls to choose, even letting us taste some flavors before ordering. Since we had kids with us, she kindly offered to put the sweeter toppings on the side, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

We really enjoyed talking with her and felt so taken care of. Overall, the rolls were amazing and the service made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!”

I never did try the Cinnaholic in SA, but I tried my first one in SC, the Very Berry one, and it was delicious! It was too sweet for one person, so we shared it. We wanted to try some of the others, so we came to this Edinburg office next, and we loved them, too. We tried the Apple Caramel one and the Chocolate Raspberry one. They’re both great, so I can’t wait to try the rest. When I went on a Saturday, it was full. Someone had placed a dozen order that was getting ready to be picked up, and the worker, who was very sweet, suddenly had a line and not enough rolls. She put some in the oven. We had waited 10 minutes, but we decided to leave because we had somewhere to be at, and we were thinking we were just going to come in and out to pick up, but at 10 minutes, ours were still not ready. We ended up leaving, but I bought a brownie on my way out to satisfy my sweet tooth. I told her I’d be back. The brownie was bad. I didn’t like that one at all. It didn’t have a good taste to it. I wouldn’t buy another brownie. I returned two days later to pick up my rolls, and they had my name, and they didn’t give me any trouble or doubt. I also had my original receipt. The rolls are amazing, and I recommend this place as I know it is one of my favorite places for when I crave sweets. I just won’t give them a perfect score for not having enough rolls that day and also for the prices. They are steep. Be ready to spend $8.50 for each or so. I know I paid $16 and change for two. Not a lot of people will be able to afford this price for a dessert, but that’s where we are now with prices. A sandwich and drink and a bag of chips at any sandwich place is 14.99. Who would of thought we’d reach such abusive prices today? So, $8.50 for a roll to enjoy and share with your family may not be so bad based on what I’ve seen today. The Democratic high prices of products and property taxes are hitting us hard, but no one who votes liberal seems to care. It affects us in every way, and companies will raise prices of their products when their products and taxes go up as it happened in everything.

Went early in the morning. The young lady who helped us out was kind enough to let us know that the wait time would be approximately 15 minutes because the rolls would be fresh out of the oven. We didn’t mind the wait time because the rolls we ordered were nicely prepared and full of flavor. I used to think Cinnabon rolls were good, but these were delicious . Coffee was nice & hot, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a variety of rolls to choose from, or you have the option to build your own Roll. Price wise I think they have a good value to the Roll. Highly guarantee for you to try them out.

I was super excited to come to this place. When I entered, a girl immediately told me, ‘its gonna be a wait of 15 minutes, is that ok?’ She sounded like she only said that because she wanted no customers around (I was the only customer there). She wasn’t friendly at all. Just stared and looked bored at life. I said ‘that’s fine’, and all of a sudden the wait time was now ‘three minutes’. The thing that REALLY pissed me off was the girl told me that my total was $8 something (really expensive for one cinnamon roll). I put my card on the reader and put no thanks on receipt and then saw the girl type something. I then saw the screen reader as I was leaving and saw the price was CHANGED to $10 something and it said $2+ tip!! This was on a take out order and with less than excellent customer service. I can’t believe the girl tipped herself the full amount it offers without my consent! Never coming back here! Prepare for this company to rob you

We visited Cinnaholic and absolutely loved everything we tried! My husband went with the Apple Pie roll, I chose the Very Berry, and our son got the Dole Pineapple Whip—but let’s be real, we all shared everything. The Apple Pie roll was delicious, though my husband felt it was a bit more nutty than he prefers—so if you love nuts, that one’s definitely for you! The Very Berry was perfectly sweet and refreshing, and the Dole Whip? Incredible. We’ve all been to the Dole Plantation in Hawaii, and we unanimously agreed that next time, we’re each getting our own Pineapple Dole Whip. Not because the Cinnabons weren’t amazing (they were), but because the whip was that good. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been waiting to try this place for a while since I really like cinnamon rolls but was very disappointed. I don’t know if came at a bad time or day but I was expecting something very gourmet and fresh, especially for the price! But got the opposite. The bread was very dense and tasted sort of old since the lady had just got one already made from a container. Then the cream cheese topping was alright. Honestly for the price it was not worth it for me. The Whataburger cinnamon rolls are cheaper and more softer and goey compared. I WILL give this…. I saw that all their products are VEGAN with no dairy and eggs, so this MIGHT be what changed the way they taste and texture. So for vegans, this might be the place to eat cinnamon rolls. But for me so far, I probably won’t be going back.

Our company, The Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team, hosted a customer appreciation event at Cinnaholic. The owners, Shane and Jessica, were extremely accommodating and worked around our ideas and concepts for the event. We had a great turnout and they were more than capable of getting the rolls out quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Huge success! Our clients really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I went to buy 4 cinnamon rolls with different toppings. There were 2 people ahead of me. Then more people arriving, i came to the store expecting NOT to wait for 30 mins. I asked how long it’ll finish and was told that it’ll take 15-20 mins. More people were arriving and they received their items earlier than i did.
I asks Derick, how long it’ll take and he only mentioned how it’ll take 20 mins for the icing to harden if they are packed together. My items were packed separately. Although he was apologetic, I wasn’t expecting to wait that long which caused me to be late at work.

Idk what we orderd but from the looks of it probably one of each kind from thier specialty menu. Sooooooo…im a Cinnabon fan so I’ll use that as starting point…im sure many of you reading wanna bring up smaller bake shops or what not, but this my review. I prefer Cinnabon…only if we talking about straight classic style from each place. I find Cinnabon has a slight edge with their gooey brown sugar cinnamon flavor and softness with their buns….like I said slight edge…cinnaholic still serves up a delicious bun don’t get me wrong. But i really like the variety of specialty options they offfer which some can be very rich like the ones with the chocolate chips…or something with healthier options with nuts and berries…Ha Ha Ha…service and staff was wonderful and wait wasn’t very long compare to dolly llama or crumble cookies weekend of opening and I really not a fan of the others honestly…my money going here for my sweet tooth fix that’s for sure!!!
