*AVOID THIS BRANCH OF PANERA*
They served a piece of meat in my Vegetarian salad bowl and when I complained, the reply was “it was there by accident”. Even the quantity served was smaller and they didnt call out our buzzer till 30 mins and we had to eat cold food (we did complain but that was in vain). I am usually a fan of Panera but the only good thing in this branch is the wifi that I am using right now.

This location is adjacent to an apartment complex. Stopped by here on our way back from Monterey for something quick and easy. Service was fine and is pretty similar to other Panera locations.
Got their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which was pretty good. Simple with a lot of fruits! Also grabbed a Chicken Sandwich. Simple also and hit the spot. We also got a side of their Mac and Cheese. It was simple also, but paired well as a side for the sandwich.

This place is awful.. it’s Sunday 12:45 and there are no breads displayed only half the pastries are available. Never any hot water ready (its winter), the honey is usually out and I have to ask for it most times. Don’t let me tell you about the lack of up keep. Oh and the bathroom.. gross. Now they changed the teas and they are not good

Grabbed a cup of water and Virginia right away tells us that cup is only for water. No idea why she would say this. The tuna sandwich barely had any tuna in it. The soup was 3/4 filled up. Waste of money and Virginia ruined our visit.

Sadly this place is dirty and nasty.
My daughter loves the broccoli soup but I really don’t understand why the owner of a restaurant doesn’t care about the cleanness of the restaurant. For the prices of the soup they should have a company or people to take care of the cleaning.

We went 11/11/25 and Rachel was at the register very serious no friendly service or even basic customer service had serious face and afterwards I said thank you very kindly and she didn’t say a word or look at me , do how expensive things are here she can at least say have a good day or your welcome or some acknowledgment smile something, very serious and maybe shouldn’t be working the front of the cafe

Dirty from the tables to the floor. No food at a restaurant. It’s not asking too much much to get your food and have your order be correct. No drink wrong sandwich, it’s like management doesn’t exist.

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating! I like the 1/2 and 1/2 option and usually go for a sandwich and soup if I’m looking for a quick healthier meal option.

Great location with great people! However it gets a little dirty sometimes. Also in a renovation or touch up would do a lot to this place. Right now we are enjoying our free unlimited drinks. We love Panera!!!
