I placed an Uber Eats order from here. The order was sadly missing a few items, so a call was made to the restaurant where I spoke to the owner. Arcy was so quick to help us and make everything right. They quickly corrected our order and hand delivered the items to us. I have never been to Oscar’s before, but I can guarantee that they have a new customer in me! Thank you Oscar and Arcy for being so generous and kind! Also, the food is absolutely DELICIOUS!!

I grabbed a chimichanga for lunch.
The size of the chimi was generous. I intended to eat half and save the other half for the next day. The other half did not stand a chance after I got into it.
The exterior was golden and crispy, and the interior was packed and flavorful. All for a reasonable price of less than $8.
Not only will I return, but I’m looking forward to it. Mabey, I’ll grab some breakfast tomorrow.
My only complaint was that it was fairly warm in the dining area. I would suggest going during a cooler part of the day or utilizing the drive-through.

I don’t know about the burritos but if it’s anything like the MASSIVE cheeseburger I just ate then they are fantastic too! A separate plate of fresh cut French frys was also served up to increase my Jean size!
Midland is fortunate to have a staple like this. All across America the old style mom and pop diners are disappearing. Oscars is CLEAN, Great value, and great hamburgers and salsa!
Oh? Did I forgot to mention they gave me free chips and salsa? It was also great.
Very friendly people too!!!
Edit/update- best breakfast in town this summer!

I hadn’t dined at Oscar’s Super Burritos in 31 years—and wow, have I been missing out! We had a busy morning and were starving for breakfast. Most places stop serving breakfast at 10, but thankfully Oscar’s serves it until they close at 2:00 on Saturdays.
I ordered the Carolina Plate, which came loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage patties, ham, hashbrowns, and a pancake as big as your face. Every bite was delicious, and the portions were huge. My picky eater even loved her pancake, scrambled eggs, and bacon—and she couldn’t resist stealing a sausage patty off my plate!
We couldn’t finish it all, but the food was fantastic. Service was super fast, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were more than fair for the size of the portions. I won’t be waiting another 31 years to come back!

I wanted a good breakfast so so I opened up my Google Maps and trusted the reviews. I was not disappointed.
Simple menu with your breakfast favorites and some burritos with a local flavor.
Will definitely return.

This is one of the best places in Midland to get a really great burrito or other Mexican food. They are not expensive and they serve a lot of food for the money. Quick and courteous staff.

We stopped here because it had good reviews. The wait to order was a little long but the prices were good and they have a great selection of menu items. I really liked that they had a self serve salsa area with little bowls of chips if you want some. It’s much better than being served salsa and chips even if you don’t want them. It’s less waste. I ordered a egg, potato and bacon burrito. The tortilla was good but the potatoes were overly seasoned other than that I enjoy. Also if you want a refill there is a long wait if someone is waiting to order.

I had not been to Oscar’s in about a year, the Chile Verde and eggs plate was awesome!!! Just like I remember. Lots of food on this plate, you better come hungry.

Food is decent but watch your credit card receipt. They charge a “service charge” and won’t explain what that is. Shady. Pay cash. Tastes like Asian food. An un-fried French fry fell out of my burrito. Guess that is what they use as potatoes.
