Meh. To both me and Companion, the food wasn’t all that appealing. I got the “South of the Border” omelette with breakfast potatoes; Companion got the Lumberjack special. My omelette had so many jalapenos in it that I couldn’t taste anything else, and my breakfast potatoes lacked flavor- like someone had boiled potatoes and threw them on the griddle without any seasoning. Many pieces had a good crisp to them, so kudos for that. Companion didn’t like her sausage gravy, but I did. She said the French toast, which was really thick, tasted “okay”, but again, the sausage was bland.
Our waitress was excellent, attentive without being overwhelming. Portions were definitely on the large side. I think with that addition of some seasoning, this place could be really good.

Tried out the new place that opened where the old Leannes used to be. It had been really freshened up, clean looking, it is still very few seats, but heard they may work on that in the future. They were busy when I arrived so I had to wait a little, not bad ten to fifteen minutes. The waitress was very nice, could have checked on me just a little bit more. Finally got her attention about half way through my meal, to ask for napkins and a little more powder sugar for my French bread. She never checked if I needed anything, through my meal. I had to catch her again at the end to ask for a pen to fill out credit card slip, this is when she asked me my first question if I needed a togo box or something. But it was really good food, too much to eat. The bathrooms are outside, but they may work on that in the future also. I will probably return here again.

First time here. We live in McConnells SC and in Lancaster doing some business.
We saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. It was 11:00 and I was hoping they were still serving breakfast.
All the girls were so sweet.
It was absolutely delicious.
We both had one of their breakfast skillets.

Love this place! First of all, the people are wonderful and just so friendly! The food is very good. Im not a french toast person but each slice must be an inch and a half thick. Great breakfast and lunch place.
My only mild issue is the bacon is….I guess how the bacon is prepared or perhaps its just too thin but it’s almost too crispy every time…like eating plastic or glass. Be better if it was thicker and perhaps grilled not so long. Perhaps its baked or microwaved? Idk but bacon will usually bend when you pick it up….theirs is fragile and excessively crisp… somehow the bacon is just not great.
I look past that and still love and recommend Stack’s in Lancaster!!
