We usually order pizza which is really good but we were feeling like pasta tonight. It had been a while since we’d gotten pasta, but it had been really good in the past and we’d even used Stef’s to cater lunch for our kids preschool before. I don’t know what’s changed but tonight was a total disappointment. Our “baked” pasta with meat sauce was neither baked nor did the sauce have any meat. Our kids shrimp pasta had the tinest shrimp I’ve ever seen and was overall bland. As much as we like to support local restaurants we won’t be coming back to Stef’s for pasta.

Ordered delivery on Stephanina’s website. The best part of the experience was that the order arrived 30m earlier than Steph’s confirmation email promised.
The pizza arrived with no toppings in the middle and an undercooked crust. It wouldn’t even support the toppings on the pieces that did have them. This location has become too inconsistent on the range of burnt to now undercooked.

I have been ordering catering from Stef’s Pizza for my business for years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The food is always high quality and well liked by everyone—it has never disappointed.
Today’s experience was especially noteworthy due to the outstanding customer service I received from Carrie. She was genuinely committed to making sure we got exactly what we needed, when we needed it. Initially, the earliest delivery time was quoted as 11:15 a.m., but instead of stopping there, she asked when we actually wanted the order. She took the initiative to speak with her manager and made a 10:30 a.m. delivery happen.
Carrie was truly customer-focused and went above and beyond—something that feels increasingly rare today. Stef’s Pizza continues to earn my business, and employees like Carrie are a big reason why. Way to go, Carrie.

$11 for mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them. They weren’t split anywhere so not even sure how the cheese escaped. Fettuccine Alfredo is tasteless. Very disappointing and definitely will never go back.

Absolutely delicious food! I’m not sure what the bad reviews here are taking about! Kyle P. was super nice and on top of things. I got the toasted raviolis, house salad and a 9″ pizza with black olives, jalapeños, artichokes and mushrooms. The house Italian vinegarette dressing was amazing too! And the cannoli was the best I’ve ever had!! Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family. Thanks for being a great Italian restaurant.

We love coming here! I like getting the baked Alfredo pasta dish (I don’t remember the name at the moment) and my boyfriend likes getting the chicken parm. We also love their pizza, though we rarely pass on the chance to get the pasta. The servers are always very friendly and the prices are very reasonable! The only thing I’ve ever had there that I didn’t like was the potato skins. They had white onions at the bottom instead of green onions on top and something about the taste and texture was just not good to me. So I would avoid those, but anything else on the menu is probably great!

I didn’t get to order. I waited minutes before asking could I get help. I walked in they looked, didn’t say anything and when a guy from the back came up I asked if he could get someone to help me and he completely acted as if I was invisible. I wanted to try but I would never spend money where I can’t get service. Do better!

Unfortunately, I placed an order on DoorDash. And the doordash driver destroyed my pizza. The restaurant package in my 16″ pizza in a extra large box which caused it to move around a lot during transportation. Contacted doordash , but they did nothing but give me five bucks for a twenty dollar pizza plus driver (erin) tip.
Very disappointing.

Pizza in the box almost looked as bad as the picture and didn’t taste good. The crust was very overcooked. Just didn’t taste like it normally. Does.

WHAT A RIPOFF! Delivered a cold pizza with very little toppings. They used so little sauce and cheese the toppings would not stay in place. Every time we picked up a slice of pizza the toppings would fall off. Have been a long time customer and have watched the quality of the pizzas decline. They finally lost us as customers.
Nothing like the other Stef’s pizza in Saint Charles, they are way better.
