Words can’t explain how good the ice cream is. First time I had it, I thought, meh. Then I found myself getting ice cream at lunch daily when I lived here for work. Back in town again 2 years later and couldn’t get enough of the ice cream. Burgers are top notch as well.

Best place for chili cheese burgers! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. The food has been good almost every time, but the ice cream is delicious every time! I tried their chilidogs once, and I could not eat half of one chilidog. Much less finish the two I purchased, and I usually love chilidogs…

I do recommend eating at this establishment, if you have the patience to wait on a food order! I have waited for a chili cheese burger and fries for almost 45 minutes once. It’s usually at least a 30 minute for a food order.

We went because of the yogurt style ice cream. Very good to everyone with me. Not great for me, but I like regular vanilla milk shakes. Order at the window, and take it with you. There was a shaded area to sit, but weren’t eating. People were very nice also

The ice cream here is great. The best homemade taste. I stop here everytime I’m visiting home.

The best vanilla ice cream I have found, if you order food, it takes a bit, worth the trip for the ice cream. Watch your speed, traveling in this area.

We went looking forward to getting mixed ice cream, but they only had vanilla. We still got just the vanilla ice cream, but the cups were basically half full. We are not used to the service being this poor. It seems like every time we go, they don’t have chocolate. They need to plan better to have it!

The perfect small town creamery. There is a reason they have been open this many decades.

Great burger too if you aren’t in a hurry. Truly cooked to order.

The last time I visited Country Cream was with my Grandfather in 1976 and the Banna Malt shake still traset great. This time I was a old enough to get a chillie dog and I was worth the wait.

We absolutely love this place, I thought I did a review on this not long ago but I guess I did not. I don’t get to make it out this way very often, but when I do, I have to remember to bring cash because that’s all they accept. Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to to inconvenience myself for such a luxury. However, this is a childhood staple of mine. We mainly get the ice cream, how can you not. I only get a stop by about once every couple years, but when I do, it brings back so many memories. As long as the door stay open, and I happen to be in the neighborhood, you better believe I’ll be there!

Wonderful ✨ burger joint with nostalgic, soft-serve ice cream machine. Large menu, low prices, covered picnic-table area, and great food! Burger buns are super soft, variety of fries, lovely employees. Two can eat for $10, $14 with desert ☺️. Quaint !!! I really enjoyed stopping here on our Sunday afternoon drive. Lots of locals there, too, so you know it’s good!

If you have a motorcycle, convertible, or jeep, there are lots of canopied sections of Hwy 80 from Monroe to Merouge and looping back thru I-20. It also smells nice…
