Fries are always fresh and delicious. Our burger’s bun was rock hard and majorly stale. No freshness at all. We could only eat half our burger before giving up. Maybe lack of rotation or the bread bag was left open. Really not worth it. I know people love this place but it’s not worth the hype. In and Out needs to do better with such a simple menu.

I’ve heard so much hype about In-N-Out, so I finally tried it and honestly… it was just OKAY ♂️ I don’t really get what the big deal is. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t hate it, but I also didn’t love it the way a lot of people talk about it. The food was OKAY, nothing terrible, but nothing mind-blowing either. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but if I’m with people who like it, I would take one for the team and go. Seriously y’all …Shake Shack is better …don’t @ me

I don’t usually go to In-N-Out, but this visit definitely changed that. The first thing I noticed was the amazing customer service from Angie Mo and NATE super friendly and welcoming. The prices almost felt too good to be true, especially with how packed the place was. Even with the crowd, my food was ready within 5 minutes. Great service, great value, and great food all around. Definitely impressed.

I had always heard about the in-n-out excitement and had the chance to try it for the first time while visiting form out of town. The burger was great, really good price too, but the fries were actually quite bad. We got them plain and they were kind of hard, and overcooked. Not sure if that was a usual thing or not, but it sort of killed the meal. The inside of the restaurant is also such a weird vibe, I get why most people do drive-thru. I’d come again for the burger but there are also so many other good burger options.

It just slaps! Anytime of day or year, in and out gets it! Friendly staff, clean building. Ordering is fairly easy and the food comes out quick ish.

I am not sure anymore if they sale smoothies, shakes or a malt milk. This shake it looks like diluted water / milk with flavor and its not cold , its a warm flavor drink. It has been a while since I have been to an in and out burger place. This doesn’t make me want to come again . Not good . Sorry I can make a better smoothie than this!!!

The burgers and fries were fine. The problem was how the staff handled my coffee order. They totally forgot about it, and then when they did make the “coffee”, it ended up being brewed tea. It wasn’t coffee at all. My mom went to check on the coffee because I asked them earlier why it was missing from the order. When my mom checked up on them, they apparently hadn’t even started brewing.
I walked up to them later to complain, and they said they would get the manager. I went back to my seat in the restaurant, but the manager didn’t come up to me. My dad had to go up to complain yet again.
The manager eventually compensated us with actual coffee and a certificate, but this was after my dad yelled at them. I get they were busy, but this was bad service. Why didn’t the manager come to me the first time? This was after both the order delayed and the completely wrong drink.

Im an in-n-out-burger aficionado at this point and its a chain so it’s not that hard to expect precision! I love it normal I love it protein and I love it animal style it’s all good here NOT to even mention the amazing milkshakes all flavors are good! I always make time of a good ol in-n-out
