I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but damn…
I came from out of town to see a family member at the hospital. We spent a decent amount of money for five people.
I saved my “bowl” of soup for later coming back home. What I got is nowhere near a bowl of soup (more like a cup) and my Turkey Bacon Bravo had ONE piece of bacon on it.

Good location but all the seats are taken up by students on their computers not ordering anything. Staff kind of slow. There was even some homeless person taking up a table completely passed out. Bathroom is coded too clearly because of the homeless using it to pass out.

This Panera used to be good and fast and it sucks now. They guarantee if you order on the app you get to skip the line. Not true at all be prepared to wait over an hour on your food

Ridiculously small $13 salad. Only filled up half the bowl. When I asked if the portion was correct, the counter person said “That’s how much we are supposed to give you.”

I ordered Mac and cheese for my kids and it’s still not ready 40 minutes later. Panera used to be a nice cafe but the corporate overlords have ruined this business too. Waste of my time and money. I’ll only buy it at Costco because that’s the quality level it is now.

Stopped by after attending an event at the Hill Auditorium. The drink I paid for was not what I received. Even when I asked for the correct drink I did not receive it. Buyer beware speaking up when you have not rcvd all that you pay for.
Panera will not get one more dollar from me.

Just picked up my Warm Baja Bowl (Jan. 30, 2023) which I’ve had from the North University Ann Arbor location many times. So now they come in a soup container? 1/2 the size? Same price though ($10.99). I asked for – and paid for! extra avocado and received literally 6 pieces. Called the store for a manager – no answer. I am on my lunch hour and and not able to come back to the store. What a joke! And it’s stone cold – like refrigerator cold.

They have the best soup in this world. If you ever come here, order broccoli cheddar soup, I tried it a few days ago and now its one of my favorite things to eat! We also had a croissant with chocolate and a hot chocolate, the croissant its soft and really good. I tried the mango iced and green tee juice. Im so in love with this one too. They also have a place to eat downstairs, it looks really nice
