Roast beef sandwiches, chicken strips and curly fries were all cold, stale, and tasted like they had all been sitting there a long time. Extremely disappointing and now have stomach aches. Will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars for service…I most certainly would. Went inside to order dinner tonight for the family. The employee that was sweeping the floors, handling broom and dust pan, came over to take the order. I asked how fresh the potato cakes were, he said just a couple of minutes out of the fryer. As soon as I ordered, he went directly to the fry station, grabbed the tongs and played with the potato cakes, noticed me watching and went back to sweeping. As soon as I went to get my drink, he immediately went back to the fry station and I’m not sure how exactly, tongs or fingers, threw already cooked cakes into the fryer. I watched him grab 2 of the fry containers with his bare hands, fingers inside them without having washed or gloved up. The manager, Mandy, came around and I said I’d like 2 new potato containers, explained what I saw and that I didn’t want to take a chance of getting sick. She seemed taken aback, said he just finished sweeping and hadn’t had time to wash his hands. What kind of excuse is that? I said basic food safety standards should always be followed. I just wanted 2 new holders. She walks to the back, obviously frustrated, mumbles something to the employee, asking if he’d washed his hands, he said “the guy ordered and hasnt given me a chance to”…what?? She heads to the back, saying she had cut her hand. Another female employee comes out, gloves on, asks the first employee whats going on, he explains to her his version. She proceeds to grab the same 2 potatoe containers and I calmly say “miss, Id like 2 new containers for the potatoes”, she asks ‘why?’ I explain to her why, she seems put out. Turns to manager and says “you gonna put up with that?” Pulls cakes straight from fryer and puts them in the containers, grease just dripping from them, through the cardboard and the small sack she put them in. I did notice the only other person wearing gloves was the sandwich maker, thankfully. Female employee bags the food and brings it to the counter, turns around and walks away, no one to ask for condiments so I go to the self service area for some small cups of sauce. Thinking I’d left, the manager comes back to the front and I can hear her saying she almost came around the counter for “that one” and she’d have lost her job. She then said “I think we all would have gone over there for that, it was ridiculous” and the other employees agreed. I come around the corner, she sees me and I go “is it too much to adhere to basic food safety standards?” She mumbles she “doesn’t care, I’d gladly lose my job if I came over there.” I left saying I can help make that happen.

Beware ordering in the evenings at least. I for one won’t be returning until til new, knowledgeable, safety minded and respectful employees are hired and this lot gone.

The bread was tough and chewy, the meat was not very warm. The fries are some of the worst ones I’ve ever had! They are dry and have been underthe heat lamp too long! I will not make the mistake of eating here again!

Not only was the wait way too long but they forgot my daughter’s mozzarella sticks.
Fast food is the easiest job in the world…there in no excuse for the incompetence and lack of taking pride in something as simple as checking an order to make sure it’s correct. The entire city of Bixby food service industry has a major problem with always finding a way to make me never want give them my business again.from now on I will just drive to Tulsa .
Congrats Arby’s you are the worst fast food business in Bixby other than the Mc Donald’s next door to you ! The only reason you are not the absolute worst is because people at least speak English at your restaurant.
Avoid fast food in Bixby at all costs especially this Arby’s and the McDonald’s next to it . If I could give no stars I would

Rude!!!! First and last time in. My wife and I decided to try the new Arby’s after church. It had been a while since we had been in an Arby’s. We took our time since the menu had changed. As we approached the counter, the older employee turned his back to us. A younger employee approached him and told him we were ready to order. “Yes, they will wait, as they made me wait.” A minute later, he turned. I didn’t hear this conversation my wife did. If I had heard this, we would have left immediately.

Every time my family and I come to this location, we have an excellent experience! The inside of this Arby’s is really nice- clean and well kept, the food is good (and consistent), and the employees are always great. Tonight specifically, my husband and I dined in and the woman who waited on us made our whole entire experience. We literally connected over the tea that my husband and I were drinking when we came in. She was so kind and so incredibly friendly- I wish I would have gotten her name! Not only did we genuinely feel welcomed, but our food came out hot and fresh with great timing! Overall, we were pleased and would be happy to eat at this location again. I hope upper management comes across this comment and recognizes this staff for their excellence!

Went through the drive thru on my way home for dinner- ordered the 2 for 7 special & potato cakes (which is really why we wanted to try the new Arby’s) When I got home I was missing a sandwich & the potato cakes were not done. I hate being petty but check your order before leaving. Better yet go inside. My husband had Arby’s I had leftovers ☹️

Service for me is usually spot on. Tonight I ordered two roast beef classic on onion buns but they gave me cheddar. I didn’t want beef and cheddars I just wanted the bun. I ate it because I was too far to return. But I did not enjoy it at all. I tried scraping it off but the damage was too severe. Just because it’s on an onion bun doesn’t mean it is a beef n cheddar. Read the ticket.
