The worst experience ever! Made an order online and went to pick it up 15 minutes later, but nobody cared or started making it when I asked about my order. No one even started, and I was in a hurry. The person who took my order didn’t explain anything; they just started chatting with a coworker. After they finally started making my order, I open it and rice was bland, overcooked, and horrible in taste. You could see how much sour cream and rice they added! Don’t waste your time. I’m pretty sure nobody is even going to check my review.

Would never go back to this store. I wanted to get a quesadilla, but the person working just said they can only do those for online orders as if there’s some fairy that makes them outside the store in Chipotleland. She refused to make me one as I was in the store suggesting I order one online instead. That genius logic leap made me think I was on some hidden camera show.

I won’t be back… this was my first visit to a Chipotle and I won’t be back. The burrito bowl was terrible. There were salt chunks in both mine and my wife’s dinner. I had the steak and it was the worst meat I’ve had in a long time. I’ve had Jerky that had less grissel in it. I didn’t get one piece of meat that could be swallowed, so finally I had to start spitting it out.
Anyway… all in all… terrible experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Chipotle Mexican Grill. This place is awesome, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough.
They get my order right every single time, which makes such a difference. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I’m craving. The restaurant itself is really nice and clean, and the overall atmosphere just has an epic vibe that makes it a great place to stop in.
Consistently great food, reliable service, and a solid, upbeat environment—this Chipotle is a standout. 5 stars all the way.

I just took my child, who has a severe wheat allergy (celiac) here after I spent a long time reviewing where we could go since she has not eaten in a restaurant in a year due to her food concern/diagnosis. This was a really big moment and it failed miserably. I asked them to please wash their hands and use new gloves + new utensils per celiac safety protocol. The young woman did change her gloves but DID NOT wash. She took over so the other team members didnt all have to wash/change so that was ok/safer. Her face and demeanor was so unkind and unwelcoming. She clearly did not want to help us AT ALL, The likelihood we will EVER come back to a Chipotle is minimal to none. THIS is the reason my kid cannot eat anywhere outside of our home. Not only does staff have NO Education in this, this woman had close to NO customer service and NO compassion. DO BETTER. Ps…I work closely with people every day, and I would never, ever treat someone like this.— especially someone who just wants to eat out in the world with her family.

Order of two brown rice bowls.
Brown rice was not cooked properly and was hard under teeth. It ruined the enjoyment and had to see dustbin.
We removed toppings from the bowl and added to home cooked white rice to feed our hunger.
We are regular customers of this location. Bad experience first time.

I placed an order for my family (4 bowls plus a kids meal) worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Carne asada was black.. completely burnt dry. Rice was not cooked. Hard. And on top of that.. the food was cold. Do better!

Employees there think that they are working too fast and being very productive but they are spilling so much out of the box and i saw a piece of meat fell into the beans, they are not even worried about it and continued serving the same. I wanted to add beans to my bowl but after seeing meat in the beans i skipped it. This specific location needs high attention.

The place its self is fine no issues but the past few times i have gone in the crew seems to avoid eye contect and will continue whatever task thier doing without even look up to great me, the food is also hit or miss but never had issue with the cleanliness with the dinning room.
