I can’t believe how much food was included in my dinner! When they say a 1/2 baked chicken, they are not talking about a little hen. The chicken, cabbage and Mac and cheese are seasoned well and fresh. The restaurant is spotless and the customer service is top notch. I didn’t want to go when my dad suggested it, and I’m glad I went. I would’ve missed out on a great meal ⭐️

Let’s start with the service, EXCEPTIONAL!!!! As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm smile and the vibe was screaming, hey family. And that’s how we were treated until we walked out the door. Lisa, our new family member was such a delight and treated us with nothing but kindness and love, as she took care of us. I’m very big on service and even if the food wasn’t that great, I would come back just for that. However, the food was good. The catfish which is cooked to order was excellent and the dressing…OMG. It was so good, that I ordered another side of it. I also had the sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese. They were ok but not bad. The atmosphere was very nice with live music playing jazz music. Overall it was a 9 out of 10.

Daniella Coffey is my newly appointed pastor to entrepreneurs. So it was a must I come by & support her as she does me. & it was well worth the visit. Our table had smothered pork chops oxtail (finger licking good & the tederizm was tenderizming ). I was eye balling them delicious looking short ribs. What I will order on my next visit. The atmosphere was so welcoming. Staff was beyond friendly & once Daniella saw me she gave me the biggest hug & checked on me & my spirit. That’s why I love her. A must come back not just to support but because the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you for a good Sunday meal. I’m sleepy now.

The Service was OUTSTANDING. From entry to exit, we were treated like Queens. We felt welcome, comfortable and had all we required. The food was tasty and well seasoned. This was our first time here but definitely won’t be the last. This restaurant is a wonderful contribution to the neighborhood.

My first time at Country kitchen was very nice. The food was lightly seasoned and had a very flavorful brown gravy I really enjoyed. They served a Carmel cake rich and buttery. I will go back and take my friends. They are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

Yesterday night I had such high hopes for this place. I went try it and the first thing that took me off guard was the lack of seasoning in the chicken as you see I only had one piece. The chicken was so dry as well… The potato’s were so dry I tried to taste them and was immediately hit with potato skin and had to discard that, along with then being super dry/under cooked and the green beans were the worse as well they used a specific seasoning and it tasted off along with the seasoning sneaking up on me making it spicy which I hated. Over all this place was a 0/10 will NOT be coming back here. 70$ wasted.

Food was totally disgusting, bland, cold & absolutely no presentation! The Alpo is supposed to be meatloaf, served to me just like this, I never touched it! The name is Country kitchen but they had to microwave my cold food! They did refund my $40 after I didn’t eat & complained.

False advertisement, advertised a $15 weekend special on Facebook, also had the signs displayed in the restaurant. When I attempted to order, told the special was only on Fridays. I left and went to Morrisons on 79th.
Came back to clarify after reading the restaurant’s response. I visited on SATURDAY, Feb. 14th at about noon. I neglected to add the nasty tone of the employee working the service counter. The restaurant’s response is indicative of their overall service. No accountability, no apology for the inconvenience, no care or concern for customers/business. Very unfortunate.

Place was clean.✨️
Food was very good.
All food from the steam table was…lukewarm. My wings which were made to order came to me piping hot though. Maybe the steamers weren’t on high.
Service was VERY pleasant and VERY attentative.
Reasonably priced.
Will definitely try to come back.
Y’all check ’em out!
