I’ve been coming here ever since they opened in the mall. I never made it to their former location. The recent owner, a former cook for Jimmy, is a nice guy. He still does the cooking and he takes a lot of pride in his food. The only thing we get are the fried grouper sandwiches. Very basic, perfectly fried filet on a sesame burger roll with iceberg lettuce, sliced onions and sliced tomatoes. I think you can get it with tartar sauce, but I forgo that and just slather it with the hot sauce they provide.
I’ve noticed the last time we were there, the fish filet was slightly smaller than before, and the tomato was a bit hard, but the price is still reasonable and the people are always nice, so no complaints overall.
The food court at the mall is always clean and well maintained. It’s airy and wide open. A very pleasant experience.

I was so pleased to hear that Jimmy the Greek’s restaurant was not closed. Rather, they have a restaurant in the food court of the Lakeshore Mall in Sebring.
I popped in for a quick gyro.
The man at the counter was super friendly, I spoke with him briefly and ordered my gyro.
He wanted to know if I wanted the platter or just the sandwich. I told him just the sandwich.
That was a mistake! I saw others with the french fries, and the salad, which looked splendid!
No problem as I will be returning often to get more of Jimmy’s food!
I only gave two stars for atmosphere because let’s face it, it’s a mall.

Grouper dinner was excellent! Came with a side and either soup or salad. Fries and potato salad were so good. And woman at the counter was extremely nice! Will return for sure.

I was in town for an interview and met a friend for lunch at Jimmy’s. I was skeptical because the restaurant is in an abandoned mall but I was impressed. My greek salad was great, especially that potato salad! The grape leaves were on a nice platter with veggies and plenty of tzaziki. My friend ordered the souvlaki, it came with a salad and fries. The baklava for dessert was perfect. Everything was great, as was the service. Thank you for this great lunch! We will be back.

The owner was very friendly from the beginning. We ordered gyro platters. The french fries are PERFECT. Crispy, fresh hot and just the right amount of salt. The gyro though? OMG . So delicious! Bursting with a bunch of flavor. The tzatziki sauce was out of this world as well, tastes homemade but not sure. Recommend a million times over, so good and worth it!

Hidden Gem. Great food for about the same price as McDonald’s. I had an authentic Gyro meal that included a bunch of home frys and a salad. Lots of food, all fresh made to order. For only $12 bucks. 5 stars for the food. This is a walk up food court business, I don’t rank service if there isn’t a waiter. 3 stars for atmosphere, It’s in the mall. I will be back.

Great Greek! We had Greek Gyros, Greek Salad, and Greek Baklava. It was all very delicious. Quite pleased to say the least. If you love Greek food, I suggest you give this place a try. Highly recommended. We will be back. That’s for sure!

I gave 3 stars cuz they give you very little meat on your gyros now, and they raised the price of them disappointed cuz I expected to pay for what they offered b4. So don’t be surprised when you get a gyro from them and it’s half the size. And the lady who answers the phn she’s rude .

Went for lunch. Quick to sit where we wanted. I had a gyro platter (hold the fries & got extra salad). It was good, flavor was ok… Mom got the Combo #2, she liked it and took some home. Waitress’ were great, friendly and quick. 12/26/16: back for Moussaka, good portion and served at a nice hot temp. Thanks 🙂
