Stay away, not recommended at all!! What can I say…. I would never expect to pay $15 each for these food. Hot rice (supposed to be cold or warm to accommodate raw fish) was stuck in chunks and the amount of fish on top was a total joke. Asked about how ridiculous it looks and the lady said “Because you didn’t ask for any veggies. Sorry about that.” Well, I had another one with vegetables that also looks very sad. You can make a judgement from the pictures I attached. This was the worst $30 I spent in Nashville TN.

Poke Nash is an absolute gem inside the Assembly Food Hall! They offer preset bowls which sound good but but also give you the flexibility to fully customize your order to exactly what you want in the moment. I ordered a large bowl with salmon, ahi tuna, rice seasoning, cucumber, edamame, scallion, tobiko, seaweed, and their “Crunch” topping–all drizzled with unagi eel sauce. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. For the price, it’s a great value, especially given the quality of the fish and variety of ingredients to customize with.
The employees were super friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The food hall itself is a great spot to hang out, with plenty of seating and a fun, lively vibe. Overall, a great place to hit if you’re on or near Broadway and want something fresh and satisfying that isn’t fried hot chicken (not that there’s anything wrong with that!). Highly recommend!

This was the most authentic Poke (outside of Hawaii) I have had to date, and when I tell you I have had authentic Poke I mean it! 5 out of 5 stars every time!!!!! I make it a point to come here every time in in Nashville! I would have a picture of the perfectly looking bowl but I devoured it too quickly! Good job Poke Nash!

I enjoyed salmon poke here. The best thing about PokeNash is you can choose as many toppings as you like. A few choices needs extra $1 like Avocado, but i liked the generous amount. Salmon portion is bigger than normal poke places! I chose Wasabi Aioli as a sauce and it was good. Only one downside was the lady at the cashier… She was very robotic without A smile. Anyway Two thumbs up for the bowl!
