You will get your food and drinks much faster if you just order through DoorDash. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks while multiple doordash orders came out and they hadn’t even started ours until we said something. There were people there before us who also did not get theirs until they said something. Many of the doordash bags sat the entire time we were there.

Might be the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 years of life. If you see a gentleman named Louis at the window, don’t talk, don’t smile just take your coffee and go. He only knew how to say “no” and “your holding up my line” lady on the mic seemed like I was burdening her with my order as well. I’ll be skipping this establishment, I highly recommend you do too.

This specific location has disappointed me time and time again, but I decided to give it another try today to see if it would change my mind. Service is always not the best so I didn’t expect much anyways, but I get the same drink every time I come, and it’s always the same for some reason today it was completely different. Louis was who took my order and he’s been working here for a while now because I always see him and it seems like he would know what he’s doing by now not only did he have no customer service at all and wiping his snotty nose on his hand the whole entire time and looked half asleep but he also got my order completely wrong and tried to hand me a cup that was halfway full and I’m not sure who the barista was but she didn’t do a great job either because like I said, I always get the same drink it was completely different today. I’m just gonna never come back to this location. I can’t wait to move far away from this crappy town.

Came in to redeem a Starbucks birthday gift code. The barista was so nice and helpful, especially since I had not downloaded the app initially. I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and pineapple cake. Both were actually really good. I was surprised at how fresh the pineapple cake was since it was prepackaged. The lemonade is definitely a bit sour, but it was flavorful.

I came to this Starbucks to sit and get some work done on my computer. Earlier today, I actually came to this same location and purchased a drink… the daytime staff were much more pleasant and welcoming.
However, when I returned later and had been sitting for about an hour, Jenna, who is supposedly the store manager, approached me and told me I needed to buy something in order to stay inside and work. I was confused because I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and have never been told I had to make a purchase to sit and work.
What made the situation worse was the way she addressed me — her demeanor was not kind or professional. It felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. This experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location. Truly disappointed, especially coming from someone in a management role.

Drove over 30 minutes to get to this starbucks, just for the shift lead “lindsey” to come out and place a sign infront of my vehicle, and say they are closing down because its taking them too long to make the drinks, as im next in the drive thru to order. I informed that i drove over a half hour to get there, and that she should take everyones order that has been waiting already, and she smiled and said “sorry” then walked away. Absolute worst customer service ive ever received

A great place to pick up your morning coffee, great customer service place is always clean personnel behind the counter can pretty much make you any Starbucks drink off the top of their heads, very low turnover rate at this location which shows in their skills and customer service abilities.

I waited in line for 23 minutes. They took the car in front of me, then put a sign out right in front of my car saying they couldn’t take anyone else because they were short-staffed. That’s ridiculous and frustrating. If they didn’t want new cars pulling up, fine but the people already in line should’ve been served. That’s just basic courtesy.
