A really great tasting, good sized burger. Haven’t been here in awhile, retirement and moving to Waxahachie made it a ways to go. Been many years and I’m glad to know the quality hasn’t suffered. Service was very good and atmosphere peaceful. I’ll have to take this route back to the land of traffic more often to get a Chapps burger. Cheers.

Chapps Burgers absolutely nailed it. The burger was incredible — crispy bacon, huge chunks of bleu cheese, and a juicy, perfectly cooked patty that hits every note. The bun was toasted just right, and every bite was packed with flavor.
The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was spotless, and the restrooms were clean — you can tell they take real pride in their place. Easily one of the best burger experiences I’ve had in Cedar Hill!

We went yesterday after my daughters soccer game because we wanted to find a place in Cedar Hill to grab something to eat. We are foodies and love a good burger and this one did not disappoint at all! The flavor was delicious and fries where good too. I got a cheese burger with everything on it except onion and added pineapple on it. My husband and daughter got cheese burgers and fries and got one cheese burger to go. Over all everything was so good and would recommend people trying it out.

I wanted to give this place more stars but bottom line the food was horrible. Ordered a turkey burger with cajun seasoning, grilled mushrooms and a fried egg. The burger was so mushy and soggy and covered in creole spice (not cooked into the burger but heavily sprinkled over the top) to the point I couldn’t finish it and the egg was overcooked. The fries would have been good had they not been so heavily seasoned. Atmosphere was basic, it seemed like they used to sale ice cream but just the storage and machinery was there restaurant almost looked deserted but it was very slow. Overall I am sure the beef burgers are nice but the turkey burger I do not recommend.

Have passed by this place a 100 times and never stopped. Was looking for a burger place and Google directed us here. Man!!! Was this place on point. There was no line and the store was very clean. The lady who took our order was very nice and friendly. She explained everything and provided us recommendations. We got our drinks and sat down. Ths food came very fast. I had a burger and fries and my wife had a burger and onion rings. The bread was warm and had a very good flavor. The meat was very clean tasting , tender and moist. If was so good. They had the whole assortment of sides. Had grilled onions that were perfectly cooked. The French fries were potato cut and very fresh and hot. The onion ring batter was very good, I ate some with just the batter. This was a fantastic experience from walking in to leaving. As we walked out they thanked us for coming in and to have a nice day

My friend and I were craving burgers and decided to stop by this spot. They weren’t too busy when we arrived and you order at the front (they’ll bring the food to your seat). The employee taking our order had terrible customer service. Not only did he rush us through the ordering process (we’ve never been) but his energy was flat and dry (seemed as if he didn’t want to be there). First impressions are everything and he ruined it for this spot! It also was hot in the restaurant (unsure what that was about).
I ordered a “make your own” burger and picked turkey with my selected toppings with a side of fries. My friend ordered the jalapeño cheese burger added a fried egg with a side of onion rings (and by side he only received about 5 rings). The food came out timely and we both agreed it was just ok. I did thoroughly enjoy the fries, though.
Overall, the customer service killed this place for me and I won’t be back.

If you love a good burger with a homemade taste this is your place!!! Super clean, great food! The fries were really good and so was their ranch dressing. Speedy service and lots of dining space.

Came here after working out over the weekend. Best dang burger i’ve ever had. I got sweet potato fries and those were amazing. The staff was kind and polite. Definitely plan on visiting again! Worth every penny.

My great granddaughter, who is 8 years old said it was a 10out of 10. She had the cheddar fries and chicken tenders. I had the Philly cheese steak it was great and my husband had bacon cheeseburger and it was good too. The food came out fast and hot. solid, no-frills grub. Got the classic cheeseburger—juicy patty, fresh toppings, bun held up without turning into a sponge. Fries were hot and salty, nothing fancy, but they hit the spot.I didn’t cry tears of joy, but I also didn’t regret my life choices. Decent bang for your buck. I’d go back, especially if someone else is driving.
