First time driving out to Taylor for this place. Was VERY pleasantly surprised. All three items were outstanding and featured a depth of flavor and high quality meat I just haven’t found in many other Chinese restaurants.
The fired potstickers were delicious, and the potsticker sauce was as good as it gets.
The sesame beef was still crispy despite a nice coating of flavorful sauce.
The chicken lo mein had noodles so fresh tasting it was almost as if they were hand pulled (they weren’t, given the uniform size and shape), but still very soft and flavorful.
The inside was super clean and the staff was very friendly and on top of the service. Will definitely be back to try more items.

My husband and I live in Temple and happily make the drive to Taylor just to eat here. The food is incredible. The food reminds us so much of home. Every dish we’ve tried so far has been great, and my personal favorite is the Panang red curry.
The restaurant is clean and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. We stumbled upon this place by chance while passing through, and it has become our go-to spot for real good food. Hits the spot every time! We continue to come back whenever we can. Highly, highly recommend!

I grew up eating at family run Cantonese restaurants in Houston so my bar for good Chinese food is high, and Correa did not disappoint in the least. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting while the service makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. We had the happy family, sweet and sour chicken, and the orange chicken with egg rolls. The food tastes incredibly fresh and the portions are generous. Seriously cannot say enough good things about them, we will definitely be back again and again.

We popped in HANGRY and this spot was pretty busy in the dining area so that was a good sign. I had never had this restaurant so wanted to try it out.
We ordered the egg roll special they had along with combo meat with broccoli and General Tsao.It was still warm when I got home (definitely a nice plus). Good flavor and good amount of veggies.
The front staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and exactly what we needed. Overall a great experience.

Great outing with the family this evening. $1 pork egg rolls on Friday are a hit! So delicious and fried just right with that crispy outside and tender inside and that homemade sweet chile is just right to dip.
We had shrimp fried rice, kung pao chicken, and the egg foo young and everything was delicious and made to order. It all came out piping hot and tasting great.
Stoked to have a local quality Asian food joint here in Taylor and looking forward to return and try the rest of the menu!

It was Christmas Eve 20 minutes til 7 pm (when they close) and they took us in to eat. Lorenzo was so friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service skills. It was my husband and I’s first time there. We ordered the fried rice and the chicken wings with the brown sauce, which is DELICIOUS! The food was delicious, fresh and hot. We will definitely be going back!!!

Came here a couple of weeks ago and so happy I did! They were very accommodating and double checked that everything I was getting was made vegan! I even got a Thai iced tea with coconut milk!!

My friend and I went on a Friday after work and it was a wonderful treat. The food was delicious, the egg rolls were probably the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely attentive, and very nice. I definitely will go back. Such a wonderful atmosphere, great food, great portions, and wonderful people! I thought I took more pics but I clearly just got right into the food when it came.
