English Rose Coffee & Tea House is a cosy coffee shop located in the small town of Pleasant Garden, with delicious baked goods and a sprinkle of British with cosy seating, WiFi and a children’s play area, we have everything you would need to relax and stay a while. As well as serving delicious coffees, teas, dirty soda’s, milkshakes, smoothies….. we also have great events…. From Thursday evening British Bingo to Cars & Coffee first Saturday of every month…. Princess afternoon teas….different food truck every Friday night. We’ve always got something up our sleeve as the Brit’s would say!

My spouse and I enjoyed this quaint little bakeshop several weeks ago. I was so pleased to find it had so many comfortable seating options! I enjoyed my experience so much I took another friend to this shop only days later. We appreciated their baked goods and as well as their coffee; we have yet to try their tea.
We were grateful to find such a lovely space near to our family’s neighborhood. Most other similar spaces, coffee shops, etc. are a 15-25 minutes drive away. This shop is nestled near the Pleasant Gardens’ neighborhoods, making it a unique gathering space for this community.
My only request for future consideration would be some adjustments to the ceilings/lighting; some more lamps or warmer light in ceiling fixtures would be more pleasant than the bright florescent panels that are currently in place next to the drop ceiling. I imagine this is cost burdensome to fix, so, perhaps there are dreams and plans to adjust this in the future. The natural lighting near the front windows is quite pleasant, though.
Overall, I would recommend this shop and plan to return to it again in the future.

We love coming to see Mrs Marie. Trying all the pastries and drinks. She has a kid session. Different events are going on each month. A weeky drink. Friday afternoons, she has a food truck. On Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm, she has toddler fun time. It’s become our favorite spot that is local to got too.

What a hidden little gem! Relaxing, calm atmosphere. Plenty of tea, coffee, energy drinks to choose from. (Lots of sugar free options as well as choice of “milk”). Lovely variety of pastries too. Plenty of group seating areas to choose from. Looking forward to my next visit.
