Last night I ordered a Little Freak Burger, a Burger Menü which was a Cheese Beef Burger (well done), and an additional portion of fries ordered separately.
The Cheese Beef Burger from the menu was raw and undercooked inside, even though I explicitly selected well done. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for basic cooking standards.
On top of that, the extra portion of fries that I ordered separately was never delivered.
Ignoring cooking instructions and missing items in the same order is not acceptable. This was a very poor experience, and I will not be ordering from here again.

Very tasty burgers and lot’s of extras you can pick and choose from. Organic meat options, if you choose beef burgers and new products are added to the menu from time to time. Overall definitely worth a visit!

I loved the meat!!! Even I who am usually not a fan of beef and burgers, I thought it is was so delicious. It is tender, juicy, perfectly cooked, and the taste is excellent, top notch meat! My friend wasn’t eating, and I was describing her the taste, then she noticed the Neuland Sticker.
Apparently Neuland meat is something even better than bio meat.
Absolutely recommend, all that for 7€ burger!

This was everything we wished for after our long train journey to Berlin. Everything was just right: nice vibe due to the nice interrior and friendly staff, the burgers were affordable yet gourmet worthy. Open till late, so perfect as a late night treat. Fries were really tasty, especially due to the sriracha, that could be used to spice things up Overall amazing. Will return. Preace out.
