I went inside last night and was greeted by Ben (hope that was his name. It’s what the receipt said) he was super friendly, patient and so happy! He made me leave that place smiling! My food was still fresh and hot tasting when I arrived home and everything tasted fresh! I wish it was like this every single time!!!

The food was good, no complaints there. The girl at the cashier on the other hand was very rude to my autistic daughter. There was a small mixup when we ordered the 4 piece taste of KFC. On their app it showed that it came with 1 breast, 1 thigh and 2 legs. We wanted to sub 1 leg for a wing. The girl at the cashier got an attitude with my daughter saying she ordered 2 wings when she didn’t. And that the 4 piece taste of KFC came with a breast, thigh, leg and wing already and showed my daughter the pic on the board. My daughter right before we left, just wanted to show the girl why there was a mixup by showing her the pic on the KFC app. The girl raised her voice, and told my daughter that was something else not what we ordered. It was the exact thing we ordered but showed 2 legs, and not a leg and a wing. That was why there was a mixup in the first place, and my daughter just wanted to show her why she had been confused. Instead she gor a worse attitude, throwing her hands up, and raised her voice at my autistic daughter. My daughter was so upset that she cried on our way home. How she treated my daughter was uncalled for.

Kael helped us in the drive-thru window and was just the nicest kid! He was friendly, helpful, and fixed the drink mistake immediately. Although the prices have gone up significantly, the food quality was pretty good, and we appreciate the five-dollar weekly lunch specials. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw sides definitely should be bigger.

I had just worked a very long day, and I was greeted by Laney. She helped promptly and cheerfully. It was so refreshing to have someone be so courteous when I was so tired. The kitchen staff was working quickly and diligently to fulfill my order correctly. I was even able to beat my guests to my home and enjoy a hot, fresh, and delicious meal together. Drive through. Young man was friendly and efficient, easy to understand. He spoke very well.
Chicken was good as expected. Portions on the large sides was not enough to feed for the amount of chicken purchased.
If I were guessing sides are less than half of prior days.
