We ordered raw oysters, which were fresh and delicious. The charbroiled oysters, however, were bland and could have used more seasoning. The scallops with risotto were good, but I don’t think the cheese topping was necessary. The staff were attentive and provided good service.

I was really in the mood for some oysters. I hate to be a picky person, but when I spend my money on food instead of cooking it at home, I have certain expectations. I ordered the oysters and MAN WERE THEY SMALL. I thought I was eating muscles for minutes there. The oysters were THE SMALLEST Tthat I have ever seen. I ordered 2 dozen and I still was not satisfied. I also ordered the seafood Civiche and that was delicious. Service was great, atmosphere on point, but those small oysters just rubbed me the wrong way.

Our server was great. First the ceviche was bone dry and was way too salty. Plus it tasted like they put too much lime zest, but it tasted more like it was seasoned with lime salt, kinda like Morton’s lime salt for beer.
The lobster roll tastes like it had zero lobster in it. I picked out the perfectly flat, square flakes that looked like imitation crab. I told our server I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was imitation. He came back and said the cook said it was shredded lobster. I’ve worked with thousands of pounds of lobster in my 25+ years in the restaurant business and THAT was not “shredded lobster”. If management responds to this review, it will be because other people will see it, not because they want to address the issue. because when I brought it up, they didn’t even look our way. I wonder if they taste their own food?

Some of the best fish and chip. Extremely crispy and fresh. The fish was succulent. Very reasonably priced. The frying was very similar to tempura. Definitely will visit again!

The best place to eat oysters or seafood! Our favorite is the black magic and those island oysters… that’s why we ordered a 2 dozen.
Shrimp pasta and spicy steamers was really good too

Came here for lunch while visiting the farmer’s market. I was really surprised how good the fish and chips was. But the fish was really tender and tasty. Oyster were tasty and they give you a mix from different locations. I also liked the redfish and sweet potato fries. Not a lot of seating as the place was very busy but the servers do come bring the food to your table even if you are eating outside. Seating area is shared with other restaurants and and is in the walk through area between other stores.

This is a hidden gem. It had close to 20 types of oysters from all around the country. They are flown in every two days to Lufkin airport. They are so fresh. I had to taste them all. I would not dress them up with condiments. If you don’t like oysters, cool. The TUNA NACHOS are a masterpiece of creativity. My wife had the fish chips. The white cod was incredibly tender. The servers knew about the food origins and so much patience. 11/10

2 dozen oysters later- we asked our waiter to pick a good variety of oysters on the half shell and he got us right! Absolutely love how fresh these tasted and true to their region that was labeled on each tray. The oak cliff IPA and the customer service experienced here was incredible, thank you!

Will return.
The French Open is on their four tv monitor (the last match of the day – well past 10 pm in Paris: Džumhur v Alcaraz), so we stopped for a drink.
Counter service by a few energetic young people, professional and proficient.
They grind their own horseradish, which is great – it tastes so so good.
Three kinds of oyster we tried:
Great White of MA: light
Birch Point of ME: flavorful – our favored
Irish Point of PEI: they’re good (Prince Edward Island)
We’d have more but can’t – have an Italian dinner at 6, and we’ve to go.
Does the increasing efficient shipping service makes it possible for anyone to realize their dream business – Dallas, and Texas in that matter is a landlocked region. But what do I know.
… Alcaraz won in four, on his second match point, near 5pm Dallas time.
I’d think Friday evening is a hopping time in the city but it feels dead, the mall is pretty empty. Where’s everyone? Or it’s too early for everybody -:) – my first full day in Dallas.
Wishing everyone with a desire to succeed in a biz the best of luck.
