people get busy, people make mistakes, accidents happen, people get tired and complacent, all these unique instances are entirely excusable and warrant no need for negative feedback.
it behooves me to relate that i am proficient in using online ordering services. for some time i used them 5-6 nights a week and have never had the response or experience with any other business like this one.
i should admit that i am inept enough to know better than to even try. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice then shame on me for being made the fool- but fool me again and again until i’m irritated enough to waste even more time being “hangry” to leave a negative review of your business?
it seems more and more companies, businesses, franchises and brands have settled with a “too big to fail”‘policy or attitude, and we as consumers should not sit idly by allowing this trend to continue. like children in the gruel line- we should take whatever we are given and like it or keep quiet less welcoming retribution. my child would relay “ya git watcha git and ya don’t pitcha fit”
i see so many insignificant negative reviews that are based in privilege instead of discontent, shallow and entitled people with horrible complexes that try so hard to drag everything they possibly can down to their level in attempts to rise above and feel superior for any reason they can fathom from that deep pit of a hole mistaken for a soul that they dug on their own. (that was 1 sentence)
this location face to face is mediocre or less for the most part. we can not ignore the fact that you get what you pay for. it’s likely you will get dried out lamp languished menu items, or be persuaded not to order at all, but if you persist to complete an order and find yourself with a remote alert device or seated in the lobby, you have a 50/50 shot at getting what you ordered, in a timely fashion – or waiting twice as long for one menu item and given the rest of the earliest time stamped boxes from the warming oven that are rarely exactly what you had been patiently waiting for and that is only if you vigilantly hoover over the pick up areas to assure that you aren’t forgotten or your order isn’t mistakenly sold to another patron to keep the line moving forward.
Being made to wait in line for anything that you have willingly taken time and money to pay for is the worst and most inconspicuous way that we are oppressed and being conditioned to happily expect what should otherwise be unacceptable and inadequately poor service at any level.
as consumers we should not accept false advertising, any claim a business makes should be ironclad and enforced by their own oversight. if not self regulatory then it should be applied by the public they claim to serve (you know, like the bbb) , their failed obligations should be met with reprimand and restitutions for the customers that they have deceived and attempted to swindle property from.
if every serious issue is only a single grain of salt against say a single serve packet, then the proprietors should expect the same justice from frivolous and unfounded claims made in an attempt scam, con, get special attention, or to gain free goods or services as an outcome. if found to be fraudulent that consumer should lose the privilege of services from said proprietor for a penalty period.
otherwise understand that all expenses invested in these false advertisements, claims, guarantees and snide boasts that promise 100% Customer satisfaction should be money much better invested on delivery of these practices and would overwhelmingly be returned through reputation. attemps to tarnish and extort in whatever manner would never be a problem again. capitalism is a privilege not a doorknob.
I stopped to get the pizza at 6:30 it’s now 7:46. They said that they though I already got my pizza till the guy that took my order told them otherwise. I got my money back.
