We Love trying new restaurants and we decided to try this location.

Food – we had chicken masala, rice, roti, bread basket (naan – garlic, onion & plain), mix tandoori kebab, & Madras madness. All of it is highly recommended and must try.

Dessert: Gulab Jamun – this was delicious and must try.
4 spice chocolate Gelato – its an acquired taste but definitely different and good.

Atmosphere: we sat outside in the lanai and view is nice and great place to sit during dinner.

Service: was amazing! Suman was great! He helped us decide on our dessert and had great conversation with him.

Environment overall was comfortable and great place to enjoy with friends & family.

We definitely would come back to this restaurant to try out the rest of the food on the menu.

Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! Just minutes away from all that is Waikīkī brings you to an authentic, lovely little place with superb friendly service and food just as wonderful! I stayed with the “boring” choices this time – vegetable samosas, garlic & jalapeño nan, and tikka masala – but they were excellent. Next time will branch out as fully trust it will all be excellent!

Always good food and service! My favorite Himalayan restaurant on island, never too expensive and the taste is just right. Just fresh flavors all around

This place is amazing! I absolutely love this location. It’s a bit tucked away, but the lanai with sunset views, the indoor space, and the patio are all fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with perfect music and lighting that set the vibe just right.

Reservations aren’t required, but they’re always recommended.

Service was excellent—our server was very attentive and made sure we were having a great time.

The food was outstanding! Just a heads-up: be mindful of the spice level. They use a 1–10 scale; I ordered a 5, which was just right for me, but it might be too spicy if you’re sensitive. There are great vegetarian options, too. The chicken tikka masala came with complimentary rice, the garlic naan was delicious, and the samosas with the green sauce made for a perfect appetizer.

Parking is easy to find just around the corner.

I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions and this is hands down the best experience. The service is phenomenal! The staff is friendly and go out of their way for you. We came on a night with no parking, and they gave us a staff parking spot. The food is also great if you like actual authentic Indian food. They have a BYOB policy so make sure to bring your own booze if you want it. Overall though just a great experience from vibe, to service, to food. Can’t recommend it more.

Me and my husband had the most wonderful dinner and experience this evening. Our server did a great job of explaining everything to us and he was just amazing! I was surprised to see this restaurant didn’t have a higher rating, and after reading some of the other reviews, yes, the service is a bit slower but we really enjoyed that. It was the first time all day when we didn’t feel rushed. We were able to savor the food, enjoy the atmosphere, and relax. We will definitely be coming again.

Impressive flavors, generous portions, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and kind. I ordered the tofu saag (vegan), medium spice, and ended up swabbing the last bit with my finger out of the to-go container. They will keep me as a customer based on this one dish alone, but I’m also eager to try more of their vegan offerings. Grateful to be located near their restaurant. Top notch

It was our first time so we had a little bit of fun finding the entrance after looking for parking. We had nice table on the patio. Looked like there was only 1 server and she tried her best, if you’re in a rush…go somewhere else. Food came out in a timely manner, didn’t seem too long. I do agree that it’s funny that a curry doesn’t come with rice. Everything did taste good though. The medium heat level has a nice kick but still enjoyable!

best indian food on oahu. Its like a taste explosion in your mouth. The food comes very slow, double whatever they say – so dont be in a hurry. spice scale is 1 – 10, and 6 is “thai hot”. For someone who likes spice, 3 is good. 1 or 2 is good for most people.

This is my absolute favorite place for Indian and Nepalese food in Hawai’i. I’ll tell you why…

The food is always delicious, with so many choices that I still haven’t tried it all and I’ve been coming here at least 10+ years now. The portions are generous and the price is so affordable.

The atmosphere in the Kaimuki location is laid back, and I love to eat outside and enjoy the cool breezes at night on their patio listening to music and eating and chatting with friends. We never feel pressured to leave so the next party can have our table bc there’s room for everyone.

The service is always so friendly and accommodating. Whenever we have a birthday party or gathering there, the staff goes above and beyond to make us feel special and enjoy the experience. Any substitutions or requests are usually able to be made and there’s never bad vibes about it.

This location is HUGE so there’s never a wait for a table, unlike some of the other places in town where it can take an hour or more to get a seat. This is something I highly appreciate because let’s face it: O’ahu is overpopulated and restaurants get hyped up and then you wait forever. And those places raise the prices and quality goes down bc they’re overwhelmed by popularity.

They’re BYOB so it makes having some nice wine with dinner that much more affordable plus you can have whatever you want to drink, you’re not limited to the restaurant’s menu.

There’s parking galore which is a challenge at other Indian restaurants (if they even offer parking) so that also adds to the enjoyment of eating here.

Any time I bring friends here we ALWAYS enjoy, have a great meal, have fun and never break the piggy bank.
