I went in to Panda on foothill tonight to order some food. The line was long but the server was great at multitasking and getting people thru the line. She fixed my order and placed it 2nd for me to be checked out. The cashier cashed out two people. I was next, but the female over looked me and went to a guy that flashed his phone for an order. Still waiting now only to see an exchange of words between cashiers and Them now about to help the female that was after me and a guy as well. I quietly approached to inform her that I had been waiting and my food has been sitting there ready. I was very disappointed that she seemed unconcerned as she was already looking to address the guy behind me. She said to me *she will help you” she being the incoming cashier wasnt familar with my already existence in these lines. Due to the in in coming cashier being unaware she was already talking to the customer behind me and bringing her order to the register.
I would now have to wait even longer, when I should not have to.
I left the place with no food and upset about what adjust happened.

Panda Express is a great place to eat! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Fresh food is made throughout the day, and there’s a good variety of soft drinks and teas. You can call in your order or use the phone app to order ahead for quick and easy pickup, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a tasty and efficient dining experience every time!

We went through the drive thru about 10 mins before closing on Friday. The service was excellent. Both the girl and guy were really nice and had patience as we ordered. We ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, sesame chicken, mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. The spring rolls were good and crispy. The drinks were nicely carbonated. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, nothing was stale. Lots of leftovers for my husband the following day. It’s been years since we’ve had Panda Express. This experience will have us going back.

This PE branch is clean and friendly staffs with fair portion per order. Spacious dine-in place and close by I-15, quick in and out.

Ordered broccoli beef on uber eats, recieved ONLY BROCCOLI literally no beef. Total scam and rip off. Whoever packed this uber eats order around 9:15pm Sunday 5/11 knew exactly what they were doing and if I was in store I would not leave until I actually got beef with my order because what is this?
