Last night my wife and I ordered a pizza for pickup while we were nearby shopping. My wife clearly told the cashier twice that we wanted a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. We waited over 25 minutes, and when I finally told her to check what the delay was, our pizza had been sitting on the counter the entire time.
Then we get home and realize the order is wrong. That’s unacceptable. We waited all that time for a pickup order that was already ready, and it still wasn’t even made correctly. I’m extremely frustrated about this.

I chose to pick up in store and pay cash. I was hesitant in doing so as i usually order via web, curbside delivery and use card. I waited 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and to avoid the traffic within. I should have not ordered from here altogether. The back kitchen area/behind the counter was disheveled and chaotic. As I approached I hear the sound if a telephone receiver slapping the counter abruptly. The associate grabs my pizza and ask for the amount that I specifically had the exact amount if cash and coins to pay. The total showing on thr receipt vs. On my email receipt total is off by 1 pennie. I honestly believe that he wanted to go back and forth arguing over 1 penny. I went back to my vehicle to get my wallet to pay the additional 1 pennie. I will slso mention that my wings were placed on a side table, partially open and that the associate did not check my ticket to make sure that my order was all together prior to leaving. Prior to going in my intuition told me to leave and go somwhere else for dinner and I should have after that experience. It was honestly one thing after another and if the wrong customer were to have gone through the same there would have possibly been an argument/upset. Especially since the associate could not find my wings and requested the staff to make them again. Another associate located them partially open on another table. The wings were cold, small and tasted a little off. The pizza was decent. I will be getting my pizza from another restaurant and promote.
theI wanted a late night pie and decided to go with dominos. This location did not disappoint. They have a good deal on a two-topping large pizza. They did a great job on topping/sauce ratio and the carside delivery associate was courteous and polite. Thank you for the experience!

We loved their pepperoni pizza. We ordered 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each. That was a coupon on their app online.
I just liked the herbs and spices so much on it. I chose New York Style crust and it was good, crispy but soft at the same time – perfect.
The staff was pleasant.

You know what, for pinch quick take out for the most part, it’s good. This time Blake was so sweet and handed me my box, very kind of him. But I will let yall know I got tired, it was very sad that my extra crunchy crust was always cheated from full on toppings. So now I’ve been ordering the NY crust and it’s okay, a tad bit better. My favorite crust has always been crunchy thin but I was always upset with very sparse toppings-at least here in Galveston & both locations.

Ordered pizza Sunday evening. Delivery was expected in 38-48 minutes, delivery ended up being about 75 minutes after that. Things happen and deliver can be late, I am not heartless and that isn’t the only reason for my 1 star review. At about 60 minutes I called to make sure all was okay, call was disconnected multiple times and I never got through to the store. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold and the cheese was no longer melted. More so both the pizza boxes were crushed so the toppings were stuck to the cardboard. Last reason for the bad review is because I contacted corporate who was supposed to have either the store manager contact me or the regional supervisor and they never did. I got back in touch with corporate who said they will resend the request for contact and still never was contacted. I rarely file a complaint and I am a very understanding person, but the combo of above I found completely unacceptable!

I wanted to thank everyone for consistently making me absolutely wonderful pizzas for the past 4 years I’ve lived here. I live just down the street so I’ve probably eaten more than the average person,,, and it’s always looked better than the menu pictures and tastes amazing.

Walter was our delivery driver and the app said Patricia cooked our food. Walte called us when he was on the way. Food was delivered in the time expected. Food was fresh hot and delicious. It’s was one of the best Domino’s experiences we have had in a long time

Food was decent, but the chick that looks like marilyn manson was rude, i was obviously in line first but it took a woman to come in after me to be acknowledged, but no she asked if the lady needed help before even asking me if i was waiting on my order, and so she’s like “well the register is being used right now” duh obviously i can see that, but yeah nobody especially paying customers should be undermined just because you fill stuff in your head or just having a bad day. I deserve a free pizza due to that rude gremlin btw.

I don’t know how you can be so careless with customers. 50 minutes for a pizza?!?!? Not even a steak in a restaurant takes that long. They should hire people who want and need the job. Those people there only look at their phones and talk about their personal lives, but they’re not interested in customers. I also work in customer service, and that’s truly very bad service.
