First time stopping in and trying this place out and I must say they have AMAZING pizza and you can tell all the ingredients are fresh. (Even their ranch is homemade) if I could give them a higher rating I would because they are so so good and a must.
Highly recommend trying them out!

I’m from New York originally and I’m really picky about my pizza ! There were a few people who told me to put Pedroso’s on my list. Plus, Dave Portnoy, who does the one bite you know the rules podcast on YouTube tried this place and really liked it.
I ordered the New York style cheese pizza, with half mushrooms. I should know better than to take a bite when pizza is still burning hot, but this was definitely worth the roof of the mouth burn!
Overall, just a great pizza with good crunch on the crust. The crust also had great flavor.
I’m a happy NY gal! I get hungry again just looking at these pictures!
Just a note – it’s more of a take out kind of place – there are a few bar stools with a high top table inside, and a few picnic tables outside, but not much space to eat there. You can also get the pizza by the slice or try a different style of pizza like American, or Jersey tomato pie. On the square pies, you can go with Sicilian or Grandma style.

We had the pep, ricotta and basil pizza. I think if we would have had it fresh and not to-go it would have been better. I also think when you cook basil the flavor isn’t there so I prefer fresh basil sprinkled on. I’m overall the pizza was good, nice crust, good sauce although I thought it could have used more. Cheese sticks good and spicy ranch was amazing.

Best Sicilian style Pizza. The crust is crisp and fresh. The toppings balance the taste wi tbh cheese. Pizzas are fresh, cheese is not overly heavy but perfectly matches the dough and toppings. I got a margarita and goat cheese. The goat cheese flavours pairs perfectly with crisp peppers and acidic vinegar. I loved the combination and trust me you will want to try it more than once. I got lucky to go on a cloudy day so the vibes were vibing.

Had been seeing this spot all over social media saying it’s a top 5 pizza spot in Austin… well I was let down.
I saw meatballs on the menus, so I had to get some. It was 3 meatballs covered in sauce. The meatballs themselves were nothing to write home about, the sauce was great though.
The pizza that caught my eye was the one with the ricotta dollops on it (the Pepp n’ Ricotta), so that’s what I had to order. Don’t get me wrong the pizza was good, but when you account for the 25 min drive there, the cost and the limited parking I’d say not worth it.
Maybe it had just been over hyped on social media and got my hopes up. It’s a solid pizza, if I were in the area I’d probably go again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go like I did this time.
I gave a 4 star rating because half stars aren’t a thing, I’d say 3.5/5 stars
This spot is meant for takeout, it’s even listed on their google card. There are only about 3-4 picnic tables outside that go with the restaurant. The bar next door has about 5 tables too, but those were all full when we went.

The service here is great. The prices are decent. I came for lunch and didn’t have time to wait for a whole pie, so I went with the slices. They were just reheated slices, so they didn’t make the pizza enjoyable for me, it was just OK. I’ll update my rating once I get to try a new hot pie, so I will definitely come back again to try. They are rated one of the best pies in Austin for a reason.

Very good pizza! Had a slice of thin and of Sicilian. Both amazing.

Pedroso’s Pizza was pretty good but the crust on the Pepp n Ricotta was too crunchy for my liking. The meatballs were good though. The outdoor seating was fine with a space heater but unfortunately people felt the need for their joints so it smelled like skunk. Most people got the pizza to go which I get.

When I tell you I drive an hour to this exact pizza place. I literally mean that. The way they make their pizzas are insanely good. I take my two little children with me and they absolutely demolish their cheese and pep pizzas instantly. Every time I go I usually order the grandma style pep n’ ricotta and let me just tell you I have to sit down immediately and eat it because it’s just that disgustingly good it puts you straight in a food coma, I really don’t know what they do but I know it’s pure love being put into their pizzas. They have a variety of others I’d love to try eventually but my typical order always puts me in a chokehold. This place is perfect for dining in (small patio out front) or take home, there’s also a little bar next door to grab some drinks. I have to say bring your friends your family and your kids it’s really that good. Again if I could avoid Austin Tx I would but I can’t when the best pizza spot is there.

One of the best pizzas in Austin! These NY-style pies are perfect for takeout or a quick bite in their cozy outdoor seating area. Conveniently located next to Lala’s Little Nugget. Don’t miss the 16″ Pepp N’ Ricotta—it’s a must-try.
