Cashier didn’t reread order charged wrong blizzard and when told it was wrong said it’s the same thing. And we had to wait for the right order for around 15 minutes and while waiting he rolled eyes and acted like he didn’t want to work here.

Lobby is closed so employees can have breaks even though enough staff was there to handle the inside order. This location has been a continuous let down for a year now. Best bet is to go any where else for service.

We stopped in for dinner and blizzards on OCT 8, 2025. We were told that the lobby was closed. I inquired why (we had driven all day to get to our hotel that day and wanted to eat) and was very rudely told it was none of my business why. I have been stopping here once or twice a year for 25+ years now. Ridiculous attitude.

I ordered a Reese’s caramel craze blizzard today and was told they were out of the caramel truffles. I asked if I could sub in heath bar in place of them and was told they would do that. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my receipt to see I was charged 89 cents for adding Heath bar. No refund not having the caramel truffles. Doesn’t seem right to me. The blizzard was delicious but getting charged to replace an ingredient they were out of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered online and they had their dining room closed so the staff could get breaks (I work fast food myself and we just send those who need them on breaks just fine without closing). I went through the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes for me to finally get my mobile order. In that time I probably could’ve just placed my order at the restaurant and got it faster. Taking that long defeats the entire point of placing a mobile order in the first place. All I got was 1 Blizzard. Nothing complicated.
Update: The lobby is now completely closed for everyone but mobile and door dash orders.

Told me they aren’t hiring but the lobby is closed all the time due to being short staffed. The lobby should NEVER be closed. I’m sure this is against company policy. Does corporate know? How are you not hiring if you’re short staffed? How are there not 5 people working on a Saturday night? Unacceptable. Hire some adults instead of of kids? If you’re short staffed manager should be there!!! There should never be a line to the street. That’s crazy
