Stopped by this establishment this evening, around 9:30. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and pecans. I received the treat, had very little hot fudge, receive no napkins. I went to sit and eat, took a better look at the treat, very little fudge. The reason I asked for extra is because they get stingy with a treat that’s costs over 4 bucks. So, I went back through the drive through. I asked her to charge me for extra fudge, told her that for some reason they don’t put much fudge on them, she said the reason was because it’s hard to push the pump to get the fudge out!! Well, that didn’t set well with me. So, I said “ so it’s hard for you to do your job, so you take it out on me? Your job isn’t near as hard as mine”. So she hands me back my card, tells me to have a good night and shuts the window. I went inside, definitely heated. The manager says “ she put plenty of fudge on it” . I told her I’d pay for it, but being told it’s too hard to pump the fudge was a crappy thing to say. I was loud this point, so she told me to leave. Yeah, I wasn’t exactly right in the way I spoke, but I give the same energy that I receive. These fast food joints are getting lazier employees and have the worst excuses for not performing their jobs correctly. What gets lost in all this, we pay with our hard earned money, but get treated like imbeciles. All I want is what my hard earned money pays for, no more or no less.

Today was one of our daughter’s birthday and I called to Dairy Queen to ask if they had a Oreo ice cream cake and Faye Frierson was the one that answered the phone and she went to check if they had one and yes! They did, so I told her thanks for checking and that i wanted it, so I’m on my way for it. I’ll go thru the drive-through that was my experience at Dairy Queen oh and this was my 1st time buying a ice cream cake and it was delicious so i sure recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone because they are nice to everyone thank y’all☺️

Have been here in the past and it was at least what we paid for. This time we got Chunks of flavor in vanilla ice cream. It was supposed to be cotton candy. They are so nice when we go though wish it was just made correctly

All these promises are being broken today. Everyone seems upset, our order had no cheese and was falling apart, no blizzard flips, no thank you (in fact they asked us to take our own receipt), and there’s a spill in the kitchen entrance that everyone keeps tiptoeing around. They didn’t give us a number with our order, so they opted for yelling out order numbers and orders multiple times sometimes with orders that were clearly not for anyone in the restaurant. They went as far as to check peoples receipts, not trusting us with what we ordered. People are yelling.

Went by here on Friday night. The drive thru gentleman was very polite and I actually thought to myself, “this guy is way too nice to be working in fast food. He deserves a raise”.. Service was good and food was good too. The wait wasn’t too bad either. We were in and out. We’ll stop by again next time on our way to the coast.

Well , when I go to have food on restaurant, only because of the food the have . I do have any business with the doors or walls or employees etc. Just for the food they serve . And , if there are missing some from the manu , we’ll I understand , but if you see it every corner on their advertisement , than they say ” well we don’t have it ” . Gravy for 4 or 6 or 8 pice of thier stake or chicken. Instead they offer you sald dressing, or lake water or any but the Gravy . Close the door if you can’t have basic of your product. Can any of several woman who works there make some . Ladies ar expert in making Gravy. But , no , the point is , they don’t give a shet how this food Taste in your mouth . I had to force my 6 pice down . I an allergic to hot sauce , dot like catchup, and did not go there to have salad, so why I should pay and suffer. Never again in Elgin by FM 95. I have been in north Lamar mostly for past 20 years . All way clean and always organized and hot to you your hand . Not Elgin The Quit going fast food . It is not fare I should spend my hard work money for some one ( manager) who don’t give a shet to me for enjoying my food . You took my money for a product that you stole it from me . Sham on DQ Elgin. Atmosphere will suck if you got to eat the Carb they give u.

My son and I decided to eat here. Big mistake. Ordered 2- 6 PC baskets. After we ordered, 6 other people placed their orders. Mind you, not all 6 where I li e after us. It took this group of employees over 30 min to fill my order after everyone of the 6 orders after us got their food. I had to ask if I was getting g our food today or if I needed to come back tomorrow. They FINALLY got our food out. Now, whoever owns this DQ really needs to pay more attention to your employees. And also to what the condition of clean it is inside. Puddles of liquid on the kitchen area floor, dining area floors all sticky to walk on. Tables not clean. I will not go back and definitely dont recommend anyone else go here!

The cashier was very respectful and upbeat. The blizzards and ice cream were tasty as well as the chicken strips and bread. The fries were a salt bomb. Not all the tables were cleaned
