Worst service I have ever experienced.
The manager, supervisor, and staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I placed a large order and asked for a simple bread change. They refused and blamed store policy. I was told differently the day before.
Date was 1 19 26. The manager handled the situation poorly and should not be in that role. Staff struggled to communicate and could not take orders clearly. They complained during the order process and blamed customers for their break issues.
Delays caused by staff breaks are not the customer’s fault. This location needs better management, training, and basic customer service standards.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the vicinity. They tend to always mess up orders here. I’ve had a Big breakfast deluxe with the pancakes and/or hash browns missing. Nuggets with no sauce delivered (you choose the sauces in the app by the way and also feel like they never have BBQ sauce available. Happy meals with no toys in them. Imagine the kids disappointment when they opened their meals. Drive the few extra minutes and go to one of the other McDonald’s.

Ordered a burger, middle of my burger was undercooked and completely pink. Be wary during lunch rush and double check your food.

It’s always something at this location why there’s nobody at the cash register during peak hours is crazy I had two employees look me in the eyes lols and I saw another on her phone while the rest ran around trying to keep up I usually bite my tongue about this location but it’s constant things after things lol

Morning Drive Thru: This staff is AMAZING. Their smiles, their kindness, the accuracy, the speed, the music playing in the drive thru line….. It really is a huge pick me up to the start of a day! No matter who I interact with and even if it’s been months since I’ve gone through the drive thru…the experience is always superb. A huge shout out to the manager as well. She runs a tight ship with space for fun 🙂
