Both times I’ve been to Frailey’s, the service and food have been great. It’s a quaint spot and a little dated, but very clean. I had the Cuban sandwich with waffle fries, as well as their buffalo whiskey lemonade. Everything was super tasty and reasonably priced. Additionally, our server, noticing my friend hadn’t really touched his cocktail, gave him a different one on the house. I don’t know of a lot of restaurants that do that (maybe I just need to get out more) but I thought that was a really sweet, unnecessary gesture. All in all, it’s a great little spot and I’ll definitely be going again soon.

I LOVE this place!!! My husband and I had the best experience on Saturday for lunch. My husband has never been before and I have, but it was several years ago when I lived in the area. I told my husband it used to be really good and I was so thrilled to see it hadn’t changed!!
The fries were hot and amazing and the fried buffalo chicken sandwich was perfection!!! One of the best I’ve had. It was cooked perfectly and my husband had the trashed wings and he was also impressed!
To top it off, Monica took care of us and she is an absolute joy!!! Such a kind, genuine and good person! Keep up the awesome work!!

My friend and I went to the Antique mall in South County then looked for a place to have lunch. We happened to find Frailey’s. I ordered the steak sandwich because the waitress said it was one of the best sellers. The meat was tough and chewy but it was cooked perfectly. I ate half and took the rest home along with most of the fries. My friend had a burger with bacon jam. The burger was an inch thick and the jam was everywhere. I tried it and it was delicious. She also took leftovers. We would go again if in the area. There was plenty of parking and the restroom was clean. Our only complaint was it was chilly in the restaurant booths. It had to be colder by the windows. I did not mention chewy meat- I just figured it was a one off day. They offered military discount.

My family of four came in on a busy weeknight, the night before Thanksgiving. Had to wait only about 15 min to be seated – pretty good for how busy they were. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was just so-so overall. Wife had the chili, which she loved. Otherwise, the food we had (pretzel bites, pepperoni pizza, fish sandwich, onion rings, and toasted ravioli) was kind of bland. It was decent and not super pricey, but wouldn’t make a point of rushing back anytime soon.

We’ve eaten here at least six times in the last three months. The food is always delicious and consistent. The service is sometimes hit or miss, but it had never been truly bad until tonight. Our experience with Lillian was kind of rough from the start, this was especially strange because we’ve had her before and with no issue (yes we tip). Tonight she progressively and blatantly had a nasty attitude, throughout our dinner. We were low maintenance, ordered as soon as we sat down and were polite. Her snarky responses were strange and uncalled for, and for that we will no longer be back, which is unfortunate because we really enjoyed coming here. Maybe stick with a to go order if you’re looking for good service or just for someone to be polite.

A group of guys and I come here every other week. I’ve ordered something different every time and it’s been great each time. From the Caesar salads to the HUGE nachos, to the burgers, and especially the wings! It’s all amazing! The beer is ice cold, and the service is great, I almost always take the servers recommendations. Will continue to come here!

We came here from California to meet family in St Louis and we had lunch here. This place was great. If I lived here, I would definitely make this a regular go to place to eat. The food was abundant and tasty, the service was top notch and the atmosphere is nice and casual. You guys have a jewel in Missouri. Keep up the good work. Maybe we’ll be back someday .

I really wanted to give this place a good review as it has sentimental value to me. Growing up this was a go to restaurant whenever I visited my grandma. It truly pains me to right this review. Food was awful and expensive. The beer on tap was skunky. If you do go here do not order the Cajun shrimp. Better yet just go to hesslers club. Its like 10 minutes away from here and is way better

Referred to this restaurant, so we went to check out the hype. This was a decent restaurant. The food was good, and generous with the portions.
I order a club sandwich. The bread was toasted perfectly! It was crispy like I like it. I was a bit confused by the cheese. It just looked like a piece of velveeta cheese out of place.
My hubby loved the French Dip. The meat was sliced thin with no fatty slices. That’s truly a compliment. A fatty piece can ruin a sandwich when you are picky and texture matters.
The staff was friendly and attentive to each guest. After an unexpected 5 hour drive, we needed an adult beverage. I understand the bartender has been there over 25 years. The waitress said, “He can make anything!” I’m not a serious drinker, so a margarita was my go to drink. This drink hit the spot! I wasn’t the driver at that point, so shout out to the bartender!
Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area.
