I never met a Taco Bell I didn’t like and this one is no exception!
Love this particular location because on top of the ever wonderful beefy five layer burrito, you can buy Taco Bell merch. It’s also massive with 3 different floors.

Drive through couldn’t understand me. Then I get soggy tacos, charge me for supreme and made them supremely nasty. Like why can’t I pay for my food and then eat it happily every dang Taco Bell has to ruin something. Like QUALITY CONTROL in bold letters. Put people that can hear and understand me in the window now I gotta make a trip back to get a refund. My whole night is ruined because people have to be so fast they forget to put toppings and then throw a pound of sour cream on some tacos. Filled up the cheese barely and charged me for extra…. Run me my check for being a manager for you guys, the customers have to check themselves out at Walmart and do quality control when they go out to eat at Taco Bell and whatever else. This day and age has gone to crap thank to restaurants like this one. Got me walking on eggshells making sure I don’t upset the employees so they don’t make me wet tacos. I’m just a guy that spent $42 to have his night ruined. Thank you Taco Bell for wet tacos.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me and the only place near me open to eat when I get off work late. I consistently get the chalupas and always ask them to make them fresh because the last few times the shells have been harder than rocks and I can hardly eat them. As well as the Cinnabon bites they taste like they have been sitting out for hours and are stale and dry and I ask for those fresh as well. As well as the customer service here I feel like every time I’m ordered I’m rushed. Would not recommend this location from now on I’ll be driving 10 minutes down mecalf to a different location.

I visited this Taco Bell last night just after 11 PM to order two simple burritos to go. The experience was truly awful.
First, despite having only one car ahead of me, the line barely moved, and I waited for over 10 minutes just to get my order.
When I received the package and opened the burritos while driving, I was immediately disappointed: they were cold and contained hardly any filling—there was barely any beans or cheese. They were essentially just cold tortillas.
I was so upset that I immediately drove back to the window. I told the staff that this was unacceptable. They apologized and said they would prepare new ones for me.
Unfortunately, the new burritos were just as bad! I drove home, opened the replacement order, and found it was the exact same disappointing quality: barely any cheese or beans, and they were served cold again.
To waste my time and money on two attempts that were both completely subpar is ridiculous. I was extremely frustrated by the complete lack of quality control and the terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning.

Ordered thru the taco bell app. Neither of my soft tacos were wrapped, when i opened my.bag all the filling was in the bottom. Didnt receive the extra beef or chicken I ordered. Just a waste and very sloppy. If I weren’t tired I would’ve taken it back. A disgrace! NEVER AGAIN! This was AFTER i put the food back in the wrapper before trashing it all. Shameful!

I am vegetarian and I would not give this review on a usual bases because I like taco bell and get it a few times a month, except when I had gotten it yesterday I got a usual item that I usually get which is a spicy potato taco that is vegetarian and should not have meat. But when I brought it home there was meat in my taco and I was not able to eat it.

Dirty tables and floors. Men’s toilet doesnt work. No soap. Handsoap on the counter filled with more water than soap. Staff on their phones ignoring others and us at the counter. Employee sitting with their shoes off on the couch in the middle of the restaurant. Had to ask twice to get our food the way we ordered it. Cold and old food. Smaller than normal portions from other taco bells.

Had a disappointing experience at the drive-through today. The person taking our order was repeatedly interrupting us and speaking in a loud, rude tone, telling us to “listen first” instead of letting us finish our order. When we went to pick up the food, the interaction was still unpleasant, and despite ordering sauces, none were included. Overall, the service was poor and made the experience frustrating.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here but it’s the closest location to me. However, tonight tipped me over the edge. I get my order, drive home, sit down and open it up to see THIS. How in the WORLD did the employees not see this? If you look closely, the hair goes in and out of the lid multiple times and is under the sauce too. The 2 similar pics are from before I even opened it. I threw my entire order away immediately. I’m absolutely disgusted not only by the long black hair in my food, but the service is always horrid and slow. Do not go here.

Cons:
(1) Slow service (looks like they need more employees)
(2) The Pepsi flavors objectively make the Pepsi worse – adding vanilla/lemon/strawberry/etc wipes out the Pepsi flavor and you’re left with a sad disappointment of a soda. None of us had a satisfying experience with any of the flavors (we recommend just sticking to the basics)
